Todd was professional, prompt and took the time to explain what he did. We recently replaced our roof and they covered the dryer vent. Todd removed the cover and cleaned the vent. He also cleaned up the clogged mess in the attic caused by the cover. Fantastic company.

Great job and on time to start and didn't take all day to finish he did so in a timely fashion . It was a very pleasant experience. I recommend this service to all who need their air ducts or dryer tubes serviced. Truly a pleasure to work with they were professional, polite, clean and organized, will never use anyone else.

One problem, but a professional husband and wife team did a great job. They not only cleaned the lint out, but cleaned the dryer thoroughly, including the surface and the years worth of gunk that had accumulated around the controls.

Here's the problem. The exhaust hose was crimped, apparently before and after the cleaning which was why the dryer had not been working properly before and after they completed the work. The problem was with the flange installed in the house. It stuck out of the wall too far, crimping the exhaust hose between the flange and the dryer. While it wouldn't have been something they could have fixed, they should have noticed this as they pushed the dryer back into place. We had to have an appliance repair man come to the house. He was able to diagnose the problem trim the flange to fix the problem. Subtracting one star for this.

I submitted a request through a form on their website Saturday evening, and had a scheduled appointment for Monday within 10 minutes. Todd arrived on time, was very professional and efficient, and had our dryer vents completely clear within 45 minutes.
