They were super efficient, kind, clean and prompt. I’m a hair stylist and we have to get our dryer vents cleaned every 6 months. So I know how important it is. This was for my new townhome and the previous owners I could tell never did this. I also loved the fact it was a man/woman duo and they offered the option to tip. It really shows they care about their employees and that the employees care about their work. Of course tipping is always optional but if it’s a job well done and you’re like me, I’m more than happy to do that. Thanks again! Will be using again in future.

Got a new dryer that tests for vent blockage, and it said it was over 80% blocked. Ventflow came out and did a great cleaning. Price was very fair. They were right on time, professional, cleaned up and left the area cleaner than they found it. At the end of the service, the test cycle on the new dryer reported that it was happy - no blockage detected. I would definitely use them again.

Todd and Karla arrived on time, were very professional, great communication, and did an awesome job. They cleaned my entire dryer vent system - from inside the dryer to the outside, and also replaced my bathroom vent and fan motor. Then put new covers on both to keep the birds out. They vacuumed and cleaned up everything before they left and did it all for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

We just moved into this older home which vents were never cleaned. We had a well known duct cleaning company do our vents and they did not do a good job nor did they finish cleaning the dryer vent. That other company said they will call me back to finish the dryer vent since their tool broke. Well they never called me back even after I called them a few times. Well long story short I suspect that company ran away after they either broke our vent or did not know how to clean our dryer vent since the home had a unusual makeshift venting tube in a very tight space.

Ventflow owner/technician Todd found the problem and provided us with solutions. We are so happy that we now can use our dryer! Two weeks we waited on that other well known company. Todd and his wife came in yesterday to clean the dryer vent. They have great knowledge on the stuff that they do and they accomodated me in their schedule for the same day appointment.
They were also helpful in providing guidance for range hood installation estimates and looking up the best option for installation.

So glad we chose Ventflow - they vacuumed out debris from our long dryer vent & then used high pressure air to blow out the debris trapped behind the dryer's interior vent holes. Also - our dryer filter had a tear & they said we could replace on Amazon for $16 (manufacturer cost $38). At the end - our laundry room was spotless, and they gifted us 3 wool dryer balls to replace dryer sheets. Very happy & will use them again.

Called to get dryer duct cleaned and was able to schedule for the next week. Service was professional and clean and didn’t take long. (We considered doing ourselves but was definitely worth the cost and time saved right now.) Technician showed areas to keep eye on and gave suggestions to keep running smoothly.
