I've used Kent Heating & Air Conditioning Inc for maintenance and repairs for about 8 years. I have always found them to be polite, efficient and knowledgeable. Today's service was no different. Ken came to the house exactly when he was scheduled, explained the service, what was found and his recommendations, plus took time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions.

Kent Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. staff exemplifies customer service. They are always responsive, professional, polite and friendly. While they always do a quality job, yesterday they went above and beyond due to the weather. The serviceman walked up a very steep hill in the snow with his tool bag and filters just to due a routine preventative maintenance check. Thank you!!
