Our unit went out on a weekend and Bob came over personally to check it out. It ended up being a minor problem. It cost us less than $50. Another company wanted $100 look at it.

After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment and not being available when they called I was told they would be out the following Monday. Monday comes around and then told it won't be for another week. Poor service and no apology. They certainly need a different person to work with the public. Not so much as a sorry. Very disappointed!

I AM WANTING AN AIR CONDITIONING UNIT OF ATLEAST 16 SEERS. I LIVE IN A1440 SQFT HOUSE IN WEST PASCO. I DON'T NEED THE HEATER PART OF IT.WOULD LIKE A PRICE FOR THE UNIT INSTALLED. THANK YOU.
