The guys that came out were so nice. But...I have been waiting over 3 weeks for the estimate. Have made calls and am told they will email it to me by the end of the day.... still waiting. What happened to just being honest. If you don't want the job .... say so. If you can't find the equipment...say so. It's called honset customer service. Is that not a thing anymore?

Had my AC go out on August 1st of last year. Not only did they have someone out the next morning, but had the motor I needed in the truck with them. Everything was fixed quickly and for what I consider a very reasonable price.
Both employees that came out to work were very polite and professional.
I will not hesitate to call them again if I have any issues in the future.

My old heater went out and chose Bob Rhodes Heating and Air to replace my old system. They did a great job installing the new unit, paid close attention to detail and answered any questions I had about the new system. They also worked with the PUD and took care of the energy efficiency rebates. My new system works great. I would recommend them on so many levels. One thing I like about this company is that I can trust they have Good employees who I can trust in my house as the work is taking place. I later had them install a gas tankless water heater which we love. This is a great company to have as your heating and air contractor and will be recommending to everyone.

They were able to schedule service call relatively soon, quickly diagnosed problem, ordered part and installed within a few days.

We ended up having multiple issues with our heating in our house that they were able to diagnose and fix. Very knowledgeable technicians, i never felt like they were throwing parts in the dark trying to fix the problem. Even talked on the phone with vivint to resolve a thermostat issue which vivint was denying was being caused by their system but Bob rhodes insisted it was. I listened to them and let them install a new thermostat and problem fixed. Very happy with the service highly recommended.

While I was gone, they came out to my home to do spring maintenance. They called and said I had a coil leak, and turned the power off to my thermostat. That would have been fine, until they said they couldn't come fix it for 9 days to fix it, and left my thermostat turned off with no plans to return. So I would have been without any central heat or air for a week and half and they told me it was going to be $3500 to fix. I had another company come out and sure enough....no leak found. Everything is running good and no issues...sick of dishonest HVAC companies.

This is the best Air Conditioning company in the Tri-Cities. Trust me, I've been through them all. We had a bad system installed in our home by Campbell and Company and have had nothing but problems with it the last 7 years.
It took so long to find a company that was willing to listen to me, understand my frustration, identify the problem and provide a solution .
Bob Rhodes is #1

Very fast and professional service. Was told my appointment was going to be from 4-6 and I got a phone call 5 min later saying they could be over in 20 min cause they had time. I would highly recommend the company to anyone!

The technician did a good job for what was found to be wrong, but the older man would have done more or at least asked if I wanted a regular fall service while he was there. When the older man did my house on 59th, he even put a sticker on the unit, indicating it had been checked, since he knew I was selling it, same as this one. For the price I paid, am a little disappointed.

Had them install a fireplace blower. Eighteen mos later it quit working. Wife called and told them it quit working and asked if it was under warranty (as you do when you've spend $300 to have something installed and it quits working after 7 uses). They sent a repairman out who opened the door to it and said "Yeah, that brand is only warrantied for a year, but you owe me $100 for coming out."
HVAC companies are notorious for crp like this, but their manager gave me the middle finger when I called to say "C'mon- your guy was here for 3 minutes and you want to charge me for a 'visit' to tell me the blower isn't under warranty??"
Find a company who'll look at their paperwork to tell you the warranty has run out. It shouldn't cost you $100 for that information.
