My first-ever office meeting at Carlson's Heating and Air Conditioning was friendly and helpful. I signed up our home for their service program. Jeffery our service tech was efficient and on time for our service. I would recommend Carlson's for your heating service.

I really appreciate the customer service the Carlson techs gave us today. Our system went dead during the heatwave and Carlsons techs found out it was a simple fix due to the heavy load on the system. They could have oversold me on a new unit but they didnt. They fixed it and educated me on what I will need when I do need to replace the unit. Thank you Carlsons for hiring great ethical people. You will get my future business

Horrible unprofessional service. On 2 different occasions we made appointment for them to come service our system and never showed up. Called to see where the techs were at an just gave us the ring around. Will not be using them again!
