I've been with Carlson's for over two decades now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Andrea is phenomenal as is Robert. Honest, helpful, personable...I can't use enough superlatives to describe my experiences with this company.

Carlson's was referred to me by another recent happy customer. They exceeded all expectations in providing the best customer service for a reasonable price. They arrived at my place within 10 minutes of my call, found and fixed the issue with my heat pump and did some additional service at no extra charge. They have found a new loyal customer.

I called several places in the are and no one would help over the holiday week. Carlson's came within an hour. Dmitry was professional and diagnosed our issue. Our heat is working beautifully.

We had a challenging time with the heat pump at our rental house in Kelso and had to replace it. Carlson's went out of their way to help us get what we needed, and to be sure the work was done well. They also had a fair price. I want to give a particular shout-out to Andrea who demonstrated excellent customer service for us.

Had them up last summer to install a furnace. Fantastic service. They came up today to install our heat pump. They have great customer service and stand by their work. They will be doing our new house when we build in a few years, I'll make sure of it. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely awful. Had them come out twice to find out what our A/C issue was months ago. Charged a whopping $1,000.00 just to find out what issue we had. Came up with a couple problems and they never actually helped us with a solution. Said they would send quotes since we were told we needed a brand new unit. Never sent any quotes and we still don’t know what the final issue with our unit was. Will Never use these people again.

Very professional. Trustworthy. Helped me get a new heat pump for free after getting a lemon from another company and being strung along until it was out of warranty. Would highly recommend. They have been around for a long time. No need to worry they will be out of business when you need your heat pump fixed.

My husband and I purchased a home last fall and knew that we would want to put in a ductless heat pump in order to make it as comfortable as possible. After calling around, and doing a LOT of research, we landed on Carlson's and it was the absolute BEST decision! They were prompt in responding to our questions, knew the product and had our system installed before the summer heat hit us (thank goodness!!!) I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new HVAC system!

Woke up to find our thermostat screen blank and no heat. Called another company (who had recently installed thermostat & a/c unit) and they were rude and unhelpful.
Called Carlson's and they sent a tech out within a couple hours who was friendly, professional and found the problem right away. Got us back up and running within 30 minutes.
I will be calling the next time we need service and/or maintenance.

Arrived when they said for preseason HVAC maintenance. The tech was respectful (mask, gloves, booties) and showed me how the system operated (just bought the house and had no clue where the filter was even). Will definitely use Carlson's going forward.
