We had our heater go out on a cold day. I Even though we didn’t find R&L till the end of the day, the Owner came to our rescue. He was ahead of time, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. We highly recommend R&L for any HVAC needs.

Great guy Robert. Very direct and to the point. Helped me figure out the issue with my AC very very quick.

guy hires people off Craigslist and agrees to paying his new employee but then changes the hourly rate way below industry standards.
Not to mention getting Robert to pay in almost impossible.
R and L heating charges 70% down to start the job and expects the other 30% after completion, thats if he actually completes it.
why get paid 30% when another customer is paying 70%.
also his quality of craftsmanship is well below that of a professional.
I recommend finding an actual heating contractor that has a mechanical license and not a general contractor license that prevents the company from pulling permits and doesn't risk getting caught by the city inspector or having your insurance deny a claim because a permit has not been pulled.
I quit because you are shady and dealing with multiple lawsuits as it is.

My furnace went out on Sat. morning. RL was the only company that responded. They came right out, made arrangements and showed up an hour early on Monday morning. Was so grateful!

They were amazing I've never seen a job done so perfectly so professionally so good timely and respectfully they were awesome they were kind they did the job in a timely fashion I was amazed I would recommend Lucy and her husband to anyone I am picky I am funny and if the job isn't done right I will speak up they were so amazing I mean amazing please if you have a furnace heating problem please call Lucy and her husband they are the best

I hired Robert to put in a brand new Hvac ductless system in my new home which was beening build at the time so all the walls were open , I never imagined having so many issues with him most of the work was done by my other contractor because Robert didn't know what to do it himself when issues came up.
Issues...1 is wiring was left exposed had to pay addition to my other contractor $300
2 ..Gas leaked out of the unit
3..Had issues connecting the hoses
4...Drained the units
5. And to present have leaks somewhere in my walls , which he never checked prior to dry wall going up.

The units are still NOT working I have tryed calling Robert orginally he told me he had to leave the country for family Emergency, so I waited tryed calling him got nothing come to find out he changed his number and now has blocked my number and my wife number,he also cursed her out and is now not responding back ..I paid him close to 13k and now have to hire someone else to fix my units which is costing me another 3k because of Robert.

We're doing some renovation on our home and called for an estimate to relocate a portion of a duct that is running from our basement to our top floor. I was told it would be $120 just for them to come out to take a look. I told them that if thats the case we were fine and would be looking for someone else. Lucy follows up with another test stating that its the industry standard. I reply with letting her know we have 3 other appointments all without any service fee and again politely said that we will jot need their service. Her final response "stop waiting my time." Not sure how this wasn't clear when I initially told her that I don't need to further their services but she continues to reach out to ultimately tell me to stop waisting her time. Will never use their services and I would advise all of you to do the same

Seems the owner doesn't even bother to talk with their employees either. My initial call was at 1 in the afternoon to then call the owner on his cell phone to make that appointment. Which at that time I had no other appointments with any other services. His voice-mail was full so I didn't leave a message. I proceeded to find others that were available. The balance was then initiated by Lucy over text later that afternoon and not on there emergency line as Robert falsely accused.

I had an electrician say he could install a mini split for a project I was working on...and let's just say that was a gross mischaracterization of his skillset. He butchered the work and the unit did not cool! So I called a professional R & L Heating to see if they could get the unit cleaned up and working. They showed up the following day exactly when they said they would, offered a fair bid, and came out the next day to finish the job. Everything was installed with care and looks great. More importantly the unit is cooling and works like a charm. If you need a professional HVAC outfit that simply wants to do a good job...these are you guys.

Robert was awesome! He picked up on a Saturday and was out to my place in a couple of hours to check on a faulty furnace, after I couldn’t get ahold of other HVAC specialists for a few days. He gave me a fair quote, and did the replacement first thing Monday morning on the week of thanksgiving. Thanks to Robert and the folks at R & L Heating! Will be using them again in the future and recommend you do as well!
