Incredible responsiveness. Incredible service. Incredible knowledge of the industry and the mechanics. We were in constant contact about a rather difficult HVAC issue. This company professionally and honestly walked us through some very difficult decisions. They ALWAYS called and responded promptly and ALWAYS showed up ready to work when we agreed. I really could not have hoped for any better service or advice. Highly recommend.

They did a great job installing the new gas furnace. It's been a few weeks and it's working flawlessly. It was a bit of a complicated job as they had to install a new gas line.

Now the reason I'm only giving 3 stars is when they were fishing out the existing thermostat line to install a new line, they lost it. Instead of going up in the attic to retrieve and locate the existing hole, they chose not to install it and instead connected it to the furnace. I had to push them hard to come out over the weekend to actually finish the job and install the thermostat where it belongs and I had to pay a separate fee for it. When he did his initial search he broke my sink by dropping something heavy in it, this shattered the ceramic, so I need a new sink now. In addition, he removed a bunch of drywall sheets and didn't even put them pack. I also had to help him find the line by climbing in the attic. This should not be the case when you're paying that much money.

Like I said, overall the heating system is great, but they need to work on being cleaner during install and finish the job properly.

Good job well done. The techinician has to come back twice because my fireplace need a new gas valve. The business refunded me the first service fee. This is the only business I found that is willing to work after 5:00 PM.

Robert and his crew was able to completely remove and install my old heating and A/C units in a couple days. They answered every question. Even came back out and installed a new thermostat for the system. Give him a call!

We recently purchased our house then we don’t know how to fix the ac ! I’m trying to find by online I’m so lucky last other night because only 1 call they answer right away I’m so worried that night because of weather !!!
