From scheduling service to completion, everyone was professional and efficient. The service technician, Zach and Jesus assessed the issue and it was quickly resolved. Update: Our heater (2031-2022 season) stopped and Jesus came out to assess. Jesus was thorough in his evaluation and spent time showing me what issues he found from previously improperly installed flues and a plenum, freon wasn't charged properly when our system was replaced (by another company) 8 years ago and backflow issue we've been having with the drain pipe. Jesus and Chad spent hours fixing our HVAC units, and most importantly they did an excellent job, even cleaning everything up. Titan Water Heating Repair will continue to be our one and only professionals for our HVAC units.
