    Min-split heating/AC installation team (Steve and Stephen) did an excellent job. Several changes to the original install plan were required and Steve and Stephen walked us the the alternatives, explaining everything. Workmanship was superb and the team was very professional. Would definitely use this company for any future projects.

    Service was 1-year check of the HVAC (heat pump) system. Technician (Chris) was great, climbing in inaccessible places, replacing the filter, and checking the overall system. He also suggested moving rhe filter from the crawl space to the much-more-accessible intake grate, which we will probably do. So, he not only checked out system, but improved it! Thanks, Chris!

    Tech (Jrdn) restored A/C in our Daikin single heat pump, three control unit system. Tech cleaned filters and restored refrigerant. Tech instructed us on proper operation of system. Very knowledgeable and respectful (removed shoes when walking on carpet).

    I was referred to this company and so glad that I was. I made an appointment for a diagnostic and they came on time Ben was my technician. I received text messages keeping me up on his arrival and time. When Ben showed he was a very welcoming person, he showed me what was wrong with the unit. He gave me two options to solve the problem. We talked about both of them and decided to go with a new unit. There was a week or so in wait time and I understand this due to the Holiday season. So I called Chris in the office to make an install date and she was a pleasure also to work with. Every time I called she was able to answer every questions.

    The day of install came and Ben showed on time, he also cleaned his area and the made sure to ask me if I had any questions. I really appreciated the fact that I was included in the process. When that was done he made sure to try the unit. He asked what degree he should set it to I said 72 and the house heated quickly.

    If I ever need any other heating or cooling service, I will be calling Peninsula Heating and Cooling. This is a great company.

    We have asked their Technician to provide us with a diagnostic estimate of why our system's not working along with a cost estimate. Their Tech Ben, seemed very knowledgeable and helpful by explaining what he saw as the problem and how he could best repair it. He seemed honest and open to our needs. We have gotten a couple other estimates for comparison of work needed and costs. We do feel comfortable with Penninsula but are still making up our minds.
    They were very fast at scheduling our appointment and even faster providing a written estimate.
