I had two separate heating issues in the middle of winter happen within a span of 2 months. On both occasions, Outtoday was able to come out on the same day and fix it within an hour.

fraud company, stay away, duped my friend with 10k bill for new water boiler which only cost 2k and who knows older one could have been repaired if they tried properly. On top of it, new boiler also doesn't work, now they stopped picking up calls from my friend...

The $250 fee to lightly "vacum" the outside of the furnace for no more than 5 minutes and call it a furnace service is a total scam in my opinion.

Service is excellent. I needed immediate attention and they came in an hour. It is expensive, but if you need help right away, they offer good service. I am a satisfied customer.
