I had installed a Nest Thermostat in fall 2018, and my furnace board blew out in December 2018. I called a few places and Rodney was the one who could come. He was super friendly, efficient and thorough.

Given that the board had to be replaced, he put in an order, came back after a few days - promptly fixed it and that was it.

Unfortunately, a few days ago, no heat. I called Rodney again, he came over and was surprised that the board was out again. Fortunately covered under warranty. He tried to get a replacement board the same day, but couldn't. He was promptly at my place at 8am next day with a replacement board. Since this was covered under warranty, he didnt charge a penny (no service charge, no board replacement fee nothing).

Also found out that the "Professional Installation" of Nest I had done earlier didn't have the C-Wire connected, which is responsible for the board blowing out.

I am a bit perplexed by some of the negative reviews. If at all anything, Rodney was very courteous, and demonstrated his expertise multiple times over, about the system configurations and how I can upgrade to an AC unit without needing to upgrade the board etc.

I have OutToday saved as my emergency plumbing/heating and electrical folks. They have won a customer for sure.

I got several calls when I sent out a request for bid from Aggie’s List App in the middle of the night. Rod was one of the first few responded my request. When talking to him over the phone about my furnace issues, I knew Rod was the right professional I needed to hire for the job. When they came to my house next day in the morning, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They had the right equipment to do the diagnosis. They were very truthful about what they could do and what they couldn’t. They gave me options for me to consider. I would hire them again if I have furnace issues in the future.

The technician actually arrived early for my appointment. He was very attentive as he listened to my explanation of our system"s symptoms.
I was very impressed at how quickly he diagnosed & fixed the problem.
He also gave me several different options for future maintenance plans. A true friend!

Do not use them, they are a scam.
I wanted to service my Furnace,
1- They gave me a false diagnostic,
2- they wanted to charge me 1000$ for a circuit board that costs 70$,
3- I used the service from different company and the issue was a bad sensor that cot 20$ to replace. If I went with the it would have cost me 1000$+

Kiefer was professional, patient, and arrived early. He was able to troubleshoot and resolve multiple failures with the home furnace and thermostat, and was transparent throughout the process. I appreciated that he observed masking protocols while conducting this work. When items that were not expected to be broken were found after the initial repair, he fixed them properly and did not cut corners to do so.

Andrew was simply fantastic. He went above and beyond to repair our bath faucet. Saved us about $1500 compared to quotes from another plumbing company.

I called on a Tuesday. I was in process of seeking a house and needed to have GFCI plugs installed into the kitchen. When I went to do the work myself, the old wiring (house from 1961) was too crazy. Like i said called on Tuesday, Wednesday by noon Andrew was working on my switches. Finished with them still in the window of time given for arrival. I’m very happy with the work, the service and the speed. Thank you.

I worked side by side with Rodney over the course of a grueling 23 hr 'lack of heat' emergency through a chilly 39 degree workspace.. Project was to be executed before before the following day. We knew this before jumping into it too. In a world of working with the unknown, sometimes you never know what you are getting into until you jump in and just commit. Fortunately, no plumbing was involved on this mission. I was impressed to have worked through so many great challenges through the night with zero complaints. Rodney is a true professional and isn't afraid to attack problematic climbs that others don't want to be apart of. Put it in gear, chase the traction and get the job done. I'm grateful we completed our job in 23 hours otherwise we would have been out tomorrow. Gob bless America and awesome professionals. OutToday is the best way!!

We needed an outlet installed for a new dishwasher. Other companies told me it would be weeks before anyone could come out. OutToday was able to come out within a few days and complete the work! I highly recommend.

After two failed repairs to a leaking toilet from other plumbing services, I called OutToday to repair the toilet. Andrew was able to spot the problem and quickly repair it.

He also explained the problem and what to look out for in the future. He was very punctual and professional.
