Norwood's Heating & Air Conditioning

Unprofessional and NOT quality work! He installed a new HVAC system inside and outside in a home I was purchasing. Needless to say he did nothing but trade out the system and damage my property. Nothing was up to code and he left me with fire hazards and I am STILL having to call other professionals in to fix his mess. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! He is also super ARROGANT denies faulty work and state his work is "High Quality" and shouldn't be disagreed with, he also likes to throw out that he is former military which means NOTHING to me as that doesn't qualify him to do this job!

We just had our ac unit replaced and it was such a pleasure working with Mr Norwood and his installers. Mr Norwood came out and provided a free written quote and followed up with a phone call. At the time we were getting estimates and he was not pushy. We were o
in the middle of a heat wave and Mr Norwood provided a fair and reasonable quote. On install morning Mr Norwood (and his son home on college break) met his installers at our home, during the timeframe given for installation. He got them started with the specs for our job. The installers were very professional, polite and informative. Mr Norwood stopped by about half way through to check on progress and to inform me that he will return about 4:30-5:30pm later to finalize everything and that his guys will most likely be wrapping up before then. When Mr Norwood returned we had a drip from the bottom of our air handler due to the water backing up because our drain pipe was still clogged some; the installers did flush the line but I believe since it's been a while since that has been done, we had build up in the line. Mr Norwood reflushed the line when he returned and suggested we pour some bleach through the tube and that took care of the dripping from the air handler. He gave me a folder with my receipt and warranties all in one place. Mr Norwood even came to our house this morning to check everything one last time. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr Norwood and his associates. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. Thank you!

We contacted Mr. Norwood on a Saturday morning about our AC unit not working. He was there by 1 in the afternoon of that same day to look at it and try and fix it for us. Unfortunately it was time for a new unit, which we expected seeing as our unit was 19 years old. He moved his schedule around for us, and we had a new AC unit installed on Monday. we didn't even have to go 48 hours without AC thanks to Mr. Norwood. I could not be happier with the service we received, and his pricing was outstanding. Top notch company, and I will be recommending to anyone I can!

We tried to wait for our Home warranty company to help us replace a bad coil. After waiting 10 days for the warranty company, then they told me that I would need to wait another 3 days, I decided that was it, my system was 20 years old anyways, might as well just update the whole thing. I called Norwood's H&A on a recommendation from one of my wife's friends.

Mr. Norwood came over that same day, gave me an estimate on what it would cost to update everything. Not once did I feel like I was talking to a salesman like it did with the other HVAC companys that came out to give me a quote. He was very friendly, and his pricing was very friendly too :)

They came out, removed everything and installed the new system, and completed it all in a day. After the install was completed, he did a full check of everything to make sure it was setup properly, and that the system was working correctly.

Will definitely be recommending this company to any friends or family that have AC issues!

The manager was not polite and very demeaning. I notice that the five stars come after two or more years. Do not let them rake you over the coals,..I am renting a single family home. The ac unit is old but works. Under the home is an 8 inch hole in the ducts. They did NOT go under to check. My 45 year old son took pictures. Norwood said it is nothing to worry about. Well, it’s cooler under the house than in... you figure it out!

Mr Norwood is a life saver!! Our AC was acting funky on a Saturday. Late afternoon. O_o He got everything running smoothly again, AND he took the time to show us what he was doing, what to look for in the future. He will be my go to air-conditioning guy for the future. (But hopefully not on a Saturday afternoon if we can help it!)

Mr Norwood is A Plus Plus. not only do we call him our guy but he takes care of my mom's AC and heat. He is one of the BEST TOP notch guys. Honest explains everything is detail. Very nice and VERY professional. Thank you Norwood heating and Air you are top notch in our book.

Buyer Beware !! Fake reviews !! This guy installed a new $3000 heat pump system ( Indoor +outdoor unit) with an imroper circuit breaker and an uncapped condensate line , noted during a home inspection. When I called him about this, he insisted that there was no issue because he has installed thousands of units the same way. Piss poor customer service.

Great experience. He did an 18 point maintenance on our unit. Very efficient, friendly, and informative. Would definitely use again.
