Markus came out and installed our mini-split unit in my music studio for us. He was very clean and respectful of my room. He was fast and very professional. Thank you sooo much. Now I can really be cool while I play my saxophone!! We will definitely call them again for future service needs!

Adam Waller came out when he said he would. He diagnosed the problem & repaired it within a hour. I did not receive an additional holiday charge for service. I would recommend Ace Mechanical! 😁

After replacing HVAC system, paid in full at time of installation I called to complain about 1 bedroom being unbearably hot. During the summer and just this this weekend for my out of town relatives only to disrespected and hung up on.when I inquired about why I should have to pay for any additional costs that I might incur because of the problem Iam having. I believe his name was Dave or Adam. When I asked to speak to the Owner because of his NASTY responses to my inquiry he told me he was the OWNER and he hung up on me. The glowing reviews on your website was not how I was responded to. I have 3rd stage cancer and his nasty responses caused me to have a serious anxiety attack and I was not able to write this review until today. I am 64 year old disabled VET w / 38 years civilian govt (retired) and military service but I have never ever been treated in such dismissive disrespectful manner!!
HE NEEDS TO BE TRAINED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 AND I WANT MY ISSUES ADDRESSED

Kevin with ace mechanical is a true professional. Was always on time, gave me a price that I concider to be fair. Got the system installed in the time frame he estimated and left behind only a professionally installed system, no mess. Highly recommended!
