Boss's son came out and fixed the problem very quickly. Super nice guy, didn't charge much at all, my very protective dog who hates strangers loved him on the spot so that's a good sign.

Our A/C unit stopped working Saturday at some we were out of town not realizing it until sunday. We called Joyner's heating & cooling Sunday afternoon and they were there within the hour. Not only did they show up on a Sunday, they worked in the heat and humidity under heat advisory for over 2 hours to try and diagnose the problem. They were informative and extremely up front about what needed to be done and what the cost would be. It turns out the motor in our unit needed replacing. They were out the very next afternoon fixing it and it works like a charm. We were so impressed with the service given and professionalism we signed up for their maintenance program and even got my parents to join as well! Very happy with their excellent service and knowledge of the job!

A/C system shutdown during the hottest days of the year. Charged but other technicians could only speculate source of problem. Gave Joyner's a try based on reviews. Steve responded quickly and was able to identify a small faulty component on a circuit board, soldered, and my system was operational again. Charge was reasonable and well worth it. Joyner's will be my go to in the future.

I had an emergency air conditioning issue with a storm last night and required evening (9pm) 24/7 service. Called, received a quick and fair quote, with all expectations set upfront. They arrived within 30 min, repaired within the hour. We even chatted about my long-term goals with my furnace, ducts, compressor, and separate mini-split I have installed in the garage.

Our technician came to our door 30 minutes after we called. He wore a mask, was polite and very professional. He detected the issues, got the parts and quickly fixed the ac at half price another tech had quoted. I definitely recommend Joyner's Heating & Cooling.

Extremely professional and nice to work with. Explained all the problems in depth/showed pictures of where the problems were. Not to mention he fixed the issues for a few hundred $ vs the thousands we were quoted through other companies. He was able to fix the same day within hours so we have a cool house again! Would highly recommend their service !
