Mike B and Shane were wonderful. They installed a hot water heater for my Mom (Fay G). They arrived on time and replaced the heater quickly. They were very professional. If my Mom needs plumbing work again, she would definitely ask for Mike B!!

Stephen was very professional during the entire service visit. He explained everything step by step to ensure we had all the information we needed to make the best decision for the systems he serviced. We moved into our home in 1998. This house had gas heat and windows AC units. When we replaced the gas furnace around 2010, we had the coil added for the future when we could afford central air! Well that time finally came! I had quotes from multiple companies. Every one of them tried to sell me a much more expensive system and told me I HAD to replace the brand new coil because of it's age. (never been used) This was looking to be more expensive than we really could afford. That all changed the day that the owner, Brad Bradley, came to my house. He took measurements, he looked everywhere, he asked questions and most importantly to me, he told me that I did not have to replace the brand new coil that had never been used! My entire duck system needed to be replaced and he explained why! It was all metal, no insulation and would be a health risk. After he called me back and gave us his quote, I was relieved! When the work started, I met their technicians. Excellent people, everyone of them! Kory Kitchens and Chris Waite were the main two I dealt with. They did exactly what they said there would. They were on time and boy did they work! 4 days straight! When it was all said and done, We can not believe that we have our thermostat set to 72 degrees and have never felt so comfortable in this house. No humidity at all!! We previously had to set the huge windows units we had to 68 just to be bearable! You can only imagine what our power bill has been. I know this is a long post but I want everyone to know what a difference good people can make in the lives of hard working folks like us! We simply love the difference and can not thank you guys enough! If you are in the market for a new system in your house like we were, give them a call and you too will be as happy as we are!

We chose Bradley Mechanical because of all the good things we heard ( and their cute commercials) My first contact was with Jessica, she was very pleasant and professional. To my surprise she was able to get my appointment for the very next day.( We had no heat.) WOW! Joel came out as was promised at the time frame promised. He also was very pleasant and professional. He was unable to get our heat going but gave us options to fix. Thank you both for your prompt and professionalism in a day and time when neither seems to matter.

Newbie again? He was late but did call and leave a message. Thought he had problems on first job but changed my mind when I thought he was going to spend the night. He got here at 1:15 and at 5:15 I told him to leave. Said he found stuff which he didn’t fix and I did not pay for another maintenance contract. At this point I’m not sure I could trust what he says. Said he would email me the information. I was going to the store and get something for supper but that didn’t happen either.

I had an excellent experience with Bradley Mechanical. They re-filled my refrigerant so that my heat pump could keep my house comfortable until they were able to schedule a time to replace my old unit.

Of the four estimates I requested from different HVAC installers, only Bradley Mechanical measured every room and window to determine the ideal unit. They were the most through and took the time to explain my options and the pros/cons of each scenario.

Out installers (Tony and Josh) worked hard and into the evening to get our new system running. They kept my house clean during the process, and were professional throughout. I'm very pleased with the results.

I am completely disappointed in the service that I received. Bradley tried to change date of installation on the date of service. I had a gas furnace, AC unit, and new thermostat installed. My tenants were without heat so I got Bradley (who had the highest estimate) to install the furnace because they said they could install furnace immediately! The county inspector came and the installation FAILED!!!! I am elderly and dealing with Bradley has aggravated my health condition! Bradley charged me $7,737.00. I had estimates for up to $2,500.00 less, but I wanted the job done right. HIRING BRADLEY WAS A BIG MISTAKE FOR ME! I cannot believe that Bradley has installed a furnace that did NOT pass the inspection. I cannot and will not recommend Bradley to anyone! I sure hope the A/C works.

Mike came this Saturday morning after answering my call Friday evening about a defective water heater. He had me text a picture of my water heater so he could get the proper one for my house. I was more than glad to help him with running the water in the house to check for proper installation. Mike had prompt installation and courteous service with attention to detail with the plumbing and gas hook-ups. Thanks!

I've been a customer for a few years and am very impressed with the quality of service, politeness and intelligence of the technicians (especially Chad and Matt). The office staff (especially Rachael) is amazing as well. Who knew that someone would check an email I left when my heat pump broke and send a tech to my house that night? I was pleasantly surprised when my phone rang and a familiar voice said "I'll be there ASAP". You can't ask for better service than Bradley Mechanical. Thank you!
