These guys came in on time and finished the job quick. That's about the nicest thing I can say about them because the work they did was shoddy and they didn't clean up after themselves.

First off, they left after "completing" the job of installing a utility sink. When I went into the crawl space to check their work, I noticed they'd left all the trash and wood shavings from the work they did. Also, they had to lower some insulation to access the pipe throughpoint and they didn't even put the insulation back. About a foot of it was soaking wet. I will say that when I called to have them come back and clean up, they had the technicians come out the same day to take care of it, which was nice. They even replaced the bit of insulation that was wet, although that was somewhat begrudgingly agreed to.

Second, and much more of an issue than just cleaning up after themselves, is the work they did didn't even last the day. By 8pm that night the drain pipe connection broke which leads me to question the quality of the rest of the work they did.

Can't believe I paid $1,356 to deal with this headache. I just hope they come fix this soon, because I've got other things to deal with besides worrying about something that should've been done right the first time.

Have been a customer of Bradley Mechanical for many years now. They consistently provide top notch service and have kept my system running at peak efficiency. Courteous and friendly employees provide great explanations of what was done and any recommendations. Outstanding company!

Sales rep indicated they had 0% financing available prior to signing contract for new system then I get a call next day indicating that equipment didn’t qualify. They also said existing equipment would be serviced the next day. Instead, the next day I get a call saying it would be the following day between 2 and 5. They missed that window as well even after I called them to verify appointment when no one came in the first two hours. They managed to send a sales rep in a matter of hours, but apparently it’s days to have service completed.

This service was semi annual maintenance. The tech was on time and professional, very thorough and knowledgeable. Know my unit old - Tech confirmed there is a leak & coolant low. The cost to find leak replenish coolant not including the repair of leak was more than I want to invest on this older unit. just paid $285 in May for repair. Will be contacting Bradley and a couple of companies for estimates to replace unit.

We (wife and I) have been working with Bradley Mechanical in a number of areas (more than what I selected here) for a few months now. New house and there's been lots of things needing doing. They have been consistently stellar on all levels. Kind, knowledgeable, good at their work, patient, ethical, massive amount of professional integrity, capable, and just generally all around above and beyond high quality. Sometimes you might blink at the cost in comparison to how quickly they can get things done but remember, you're paying for this level of excellence and this level of knowledge. They do amazing work and are more than worth it. Hell, I only wish they covered MORE things than they already do! We'd use them for _everything_ we need done, if we could. Even the office staff are every bit as stellar as the on site folks! A++ HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.

After getting the run around for Precious days, from a company I have used before, I Had to get help, bc water from my AC unit had backed up, causing a partial ceiling collapse in my DR, with water going under the house as well! I had already gotten a company out to deal with the water damage,& after calling Numerous companies, I called Bradley Mechanical,& they had me set up with a Wonderful Serviceman, who was out that afternoon, calling to say he was on his way, as well as texting me a picture of who to expect, & a map showing his trip here,& how long he’d be in arriving to the minute! Patience, Professionalism,Pleasant, Thorough in explaining everything,& Actual Care for my situation-I’ve Not seen that in Such a Long time! Several days later, what we Thought was a repeat issue, ended up being different, noticed bc I Had to run my AC This time, as opposed to Not having it on the first round which made me ill, with the 2nd round of water cleaning being set up-Once again they came out the Same day,& were Just as wonderful as the first time!!! I have to give the Wonderful, Patient, Caring, Professional, Personable,& Amazing Women in the office, juggling everything to meet the needs of customers a Huge Thank You, as well!!! They’ve got My business, & My Recommendations to others not knowing who to call, for Life!!!

Prompt. Friendly. Professional. Our team of plumbers replaced our 60 year old furnace with ease and really thought through how all the pipes would lay out in our 100yr old home. I don’t often write reviews, but they did a great job at an affordable rate.
