Dakota is great...professional, friendly, thorough, good communicator, as a result of him, I have decided to continue with Bradley. We were undecided when we lost Capitol oil with their merger and were considering Woodfin. Hold on to Dakota. He's definitely a keeper.
The unit in our condo is not easy to access - above the ceiling in the bathroom. I am no expert, but it sure seemed like Ryan did a thorough job of considering the possible sources of the issue we were having, and troubleshooting each one. A/C is working fine now, and the price was reasonable.
Professional staff, excellent work. AC tech went above and beyond to clean up system that likely had not been maintained for over 10 years. Gas pipe installation for new gas dryer and gas range looks great! Looking forward to using the Bradley team to upgrade the electrical panel.
Bradley & David were an awesome team! Very efficient and clean, as well as courteous. We’ve used Bradley Mechanical for more than 12 years and will be lifelong customers.
The technician didn't look at the dehumidifier, he stood on my front porch and gave his opinion/suggestion of what is wrong with the dehumidifier. I was charged $75.00 for his opinion. Archer
After Hours service call from Dylan Mims of Bradley Mechanical. Very humid day and my a/c was not working !!! Temperature went to 83 in the house.. Dylan came as promised and fixed my problem by replacing a part. Very professional and nice to know that a company cares about actually fixing the problem. Dylan is a credit to this Company !! Thanks, Randall Hoffman
We had Bradley Mechanical come to the house twice. The first time a rep told us the coils were dirty and they would have to be cleaned before he could go any further. That charge for him just to tell us that was $99. A couple days later after cleaning the coils, our AC unit quit working. We had another rep come out and he told us the coils were bad, he knew there was a leak but was really unable to pin point where. The person also told us that our unit was manufactured in 2006. We knew we had purchased the unit in 2013, but trusted that he was a professional and knew what he was talking about. He said that we needed coolant. This rep DID NOT even have coolant in his work van. He also said that we would need a new unit which would run around $7,000 to $10,000! Since he did not have the proper equipment (i.e. coolant) with him, he offered to come back after his last job and put coolant in. We then got a phone call from him at 7:14 pm stating it was too late and would be "better for all of us" if he just didn't come out. LET ME SAY THIS, I am an angry mother with 3 small children under the age of 7. Our house was already 87 degrees at this point. We had to scramble to purchase window units and contact someone else. So fast forward to today. I message the Bradley Mechanical service rep to let him know we know longer needed his service. He then proceeds to ask if I still interested in him and his buddy installing a unit. NO THANKS! We have another company out checking our unit and says that the Bradley Mechanical service guy not only removed all of the tape and insulation around the piping but didn't replace it. I guess he assumed we would buy a new unit instead of getting a second opinion from an HONEST company. He also ripped the breaker box cover off and didn't bother to replace it. I will not do business with Bradley Mechanical again. All we ask is for honest service and professionalism.
