I have used Anderson for both my home and two rental properties. They have been professional and accommodating for routine and add on service calls. I would recommend.

In late April 2021, hired Anderson Air Conditioning & Heating company to install a HVAC system (+5K $). On May 27th, I woke up to water gushing out of the ceiling from attic. The attic insulation and sheet rock absorbed the from water from the newly installed HVAC system for weeks until the ceiling collapsed. There was so much water even the light fixture was flooded. The water flowed for several hours. Mr. Anderson fixed the issue the next day stating the PVC values that takes water out of the home was installed improperly. More than 8 feet of ceiling/sheet rock including a light fixture was damaged. So glad I was home at the time.

Mr. Anderson sent his contractor out within the week to repair the damage unfortunately his contractor workmanship was horrible (0 star). Extremely poor work! I had to hire a contractor to redo the repairs that cost me over (1,000) which Mr. Anderson agreed to accept responsibility. Did not happen! After contacting his company several times for payment, I had to pay for the repair work.
Bad work, bad experience.

The star rating is deceiving, but only because of one disappointing factor. Terrell is a gifted tech. He responded to my morning weekend call and promptly arrived to inspect our ac condensor compressor which had quit working on a forecasted 100+ degree day. He was able to determine the problem, cool the compressor with a water hose and install two parts to get the compressor working again. He was finished in less than an hour (including driving time). I will not dispute he was well worth the $135/hr rate. Heck he was so d*mn good I was thinking of giving him a $20 tip. But here's the disappointing news. Upon some quick research, the parts he installed could have been purchased online for less than $20 each. I was charged a 300% markup for parts. I was hammered. I mean, I understand there is some profit margin needed on parts. I would have been happy paying a 100% markup, but 300% percent? C'mon Terrell, give a guy a break!

Awesome company!! When our A/C went out and we needed a new unit, they were able to get a unit in 24 hours and have it installed. They are the 911 of Heating and Air. Thank you, guys for making it happen.

Always professional and most important always shows up. Recently my 2002 air handler quit working. Rather than tell me I need a whole new system they found the part and repaired it. That's rare.

I have worked with Anderson for 7 years. They are very good at preventing problems with my HVAC equipment. It is great to work with them.

after two weeks after 1st company w as a bust they came pronto fixed a.c. unit in minutes paid oop but happy camper still waiting on reimbursement from Home Warranty company Amazon smh
