I'm responding on behalf of my father Booker T. Rogers. Anderson has serviced their home now for at least 30 years. They have always done a great job and this current service visit was no different. After a maintenance visit that checked out fine 4 days later the heat went out. Thankfully my parents have a fireplace insert and had some form of heat. The tech came out the next day and found the problem and is working to remedy the problem quickly. Your skilled technicians and prompt service is greatly appreciated by the Rogers family.

Anderson Installed a custom, central heating/cooling system in our 1948 two story duplex. From scratch. It was a difficult project, as most tend to be in older homes. Their mechanics and helpers who did the bulk of the heavy work were friendly and polite. The office staff was top notch addressing concerns and issues. Finally Mr Anderson himself was a true professional, addressing all of our needs in a timely manner.

Anderson Air Condition and Heating has been servicing our equipment since we purchased our home in Moseley. Every Service Technician has been professional and friendly. They always wear disposable shoe covers when entering the house after inspecting the outside equipment (even when unnecessary). Although, as I mentioned all of their technicians are professional and friendly, I was especially impressed by Mr. Kevin Belle, who has serviced our equipment for the past three years.

Mr. Anderson installed a complete York hvac system with an exposed insulated spiral ductwork that looks as good as it sounds.
Very professional staff, excellent workmanship. They listen well and customize the job to your needs, including showing us new thermostat options we didn't know were available..

Their technician during the last visit was extremely helpful. My York Heat Pump was installed almost two years ago in a new house. Their work installing this unit was done well. I have had recent service under a general maintenance program with no problems being found. The technician was very polite.

In August, 1999 I moved into a new home. After being in the house for one week, the air conditioning stopped producing cool air. In my panic, I called the first available air/heating service listed in the yellow pages. Mr. Anderson came to my house and assessed the air conditioner. I only needed a new filter!!!! Needless to say I have used Anderson Air/Heating service since 1999 and have always received professional services. In addition, Mr. Anderson has always been honest. If no repairs were needed, he was the first to say so.
