I asked for a diagnostic on a leak I didnt know where it was coming from. I was at work and my wife was home and told them I was to authorize any repairs. Plumber tried calling me. Left a voice mail and never spoke to me. (Have multiple voice mails incase anyone wants proof) At that point he should've paused and not done anything further after the diagnostic. He told my wife that I said to do what's needed (never spoke to him). Pulled the toilet replaced a wax seal (it was leaking where I couldn't see). I never told him to do any actual work. So basically took advantage of my wife being alone without someone else there. So I paid a $75 diag fee which is what I agreed to. Plus 225 for a wax seal replacement. A 10 dollar wax seal for 225 that I would've told them not to do. I've replaced plenty. I would avoid them.

J.F. Whitlow is a great company all around, in all departments. They are very professional and they have great rates for quality work. Everyone is very nice and explains everything they're doing to ensure customer satisfaction. I love supporting local, family owned businesses and I will use them for every plumbing or HVAC problem I have from here on out.

Although Tony did a great job on the dates he came out to our home; i.e., he correctly diagnosed the HVAC problem and repaired the unit on the second visit. However, the heating side of the unit did not kick in as when th weather changed, so I called our warranty company on Monday of this week to get J.F. Whitlow out to our home. I got a form note via email the next morning to let me know the office had received the notification from our warranty company. That was Tuesday of this weekd, but no follow-up call from them to schedule the return visit. Since we have no heat upstairs and, more important, since our children's bedrooms are upstairs, I decided to call Whitlow to see when Tony would be able to come back out to our home. After informing the office person about our problem and that no one from her office had called to schedule the return visit, she told me "I don't see anything about this call; it is not scheduled. Can you wait a moment?" Of course, I agreed; however, it got a bit ugly when she came back to the phone and said she had found the call, but that the earliest a tech could come out to our home as next week on December 6, 2018. Yes, I got upset and raised my voice, but I was frutrated only because my
kids are sleeping in very cold rooms right now. She passed me on to a second lady who told me the December 6th date was the earliest date any tech could come out to our home. I was livid. Finally, she made this asinine statement, "If were my kids, I'd go out and buy a space heater to put in their rooms until the tech can get out to your house". Are you kdding me? I wanted to jump through the phone. What an uneducated person to suggest anyone should go out and buy dangerous space heaters for children's rooms!!! My wife and I will never use this company again for any HVAC work in our home. Unbelievable on so many levels!!!

I ran into a plumbing issue and the company I normally used was booked. I decided to do as we all do and look on the web for a solution. I was reading the reviews and decided to uses these guys. I did note there was a lot of great reviews and then some that looked like fake reviews from people trying to make them look bad. As a business owner I know all to well how the competition and disgruntled employees take to the web and try to tarnish a good name. So I gave them a shot and couldn't of been more pleased. Not only did I find a alternative company but made some new friends too. Thanks guys for the great work in a timely manner.

Lee, the service tech was incredibly proffessional and a fanastic help. He worked in the pouring rain late on a Friday to attempt to resolve the issue. The blockage however, was in a branch off the main line and was unable to be accessed from the front of the house. He could've called it a night and made an appointment to come back the next week. Instead, he was willing to climb underneath the house and continue to clear it in the dark. He cleared the issue we've been dealing with, and we are thoroughly grteful for his help.

Excellent experience and excellent care. Tony was the guy sent out and he did a great job fixing my problem that my heat wasn’t turning on. He was in an out in no time. knew exactly how to fix the problem and gave me advice if it happened again. Thanks again Tony! Will be calling you again soon!!

Wish I could gove zero stars. Guy shows up 40 minutes late spends about 5 minutes outside comes to the door and says its fine doesnt check the unit in the attack. I said it 81 degrees upstairs and its set at 71 he says idk must me a maintenance issue and leaves. I call home warranty back they say they have to send same company back out. Time frame 8 to 12 its now 1224 no show no phone call. Save yourself the hassle and ruse unprofessionalism.

Absolutely the most skilled plumbers I ever met. The quality of their work was nothing short of breath taking. 11/10 would recommend every time.

You could not find a finer business to have for all your heating, air conditioning and plumbing needs. They are prompt, courteous, professional, and extremely fair in their charges.
After all, they have to be doing something right, they have been in business for over 60 years!

Kyle and Rudd showed up on time and Executed the job in a timely manner. Very happy with their quality of work! I will definitely be calling JF Whitlow again.
