On Wednesday, March 30 this company came to my residence to snake the outside drain line because roots had grown into it and were interfering with the draining process----$245 for 15 minutes' worth of work. On Thursday night, the drain was overflowing and pouring into the yard AGAIN. This morning, I was told that they would return, but I would have to pay AGAIN because the work is not under warranty. Being under warranty has NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. THEY DID NOT DO THE JOB I PAID THEM FOR. When my parents were alive, they used this company for 30 years; NEVER AGAIN. Thanks for nothing.

Sharon was great! I was having an issue with my warranty company and she was on the phone with them just as I was to try to get hot water restored to my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone. From what I have seen, they will go above and beyond to satisfy, even if it's a warranty claim.

Just finished talking with Lee after he masterfully handled
a plumbing issue that I've had such a hard time getting fixed. This was the third plumbing company I had out for this issue. Lee and his team were by far the most courteous, professional, and punctual. I received a call within the hour of them getting the job from the home warranty company, I was given a 7-12 window but was told they were going to be here by 9. At 9, Lee showed up and got to work. Now my issue is solved and Lee was kind enough to make sure I understood the issue and how it was going to be fixed. Can not say enough about these guys. If you have an issue and need it taken care of at a fair price these are your guys!!

Kyle needs some mentoring. His communication skills were unprofessional. He didnt return calls or texts and when he followed up with our insurance company he told them the drain was clogged due to mis-use and so we had to pay out of pocket.

Well, pretty much every single clogged drain is “mis-use”. If the drain was used absolutely perfectly every time there wouldn’t be any need for plumbers. But, every once in a while an egg shell or an orange peel gets past the drain and it builds up. Thats life... and thats why I called the plumber, to use my home warranty.

Instead, after paying 900 dollars for a warranty and 55 for the house call, kyle shows up and negates my whole policy, forcing me to call Atomic plumbing, who completed the job for a reasonable price a week later.

One star for the good hold music, and friendly service on the office phone. Another star for showing up on time. But other than that, pretty dissatisfied.

I’m a brand new homeowner, And unfortunately I inherited a house that a had a major plumbing problem. I was in my house approximately 3 weeks before I found that I had a major plumbing issue. I went through my house warranty and they sent over a plumber that attempted to get the blockage but couldn’t, his exact words were, “you’re gonna have to pull the toilet”. The problem was deferred to JF whitlow. Mind you, I only have one bathroom in my house, I’m renting, and we are unable to use it. I had called 2 times that day explaining that the problem is really bad, and I need it fixed today because I can’t take off work another day. They assured me they were coming and they would fix the problem. They told me they would be at my house between 12-5. So I had to called Into work to take off. They came a little after 5 or around 5.They guy tells me I have no clean out on the property and that he has to go on the roof which isn’t covered by the warranty company. Fine, except, He couldn’t fix it. Fine. He says he has to pull the toilet, which is what the other plumber already said should happen. Fine. Then He proceeds to tell me he not only didn’t have the equipment to pull the toilet, but that he didn’t want to do it. Not fine. They leave without fixing the problem and leave me another night without being able to use my bathroom. And I ask myself, how does a plumbing company come out not prepared to pull a toilet? especially after I called twice telling them the gravity of the issue and a previous plumber trying to come? Very odd and very strange. Now I’m out $250 for them going on the roof, lost a whole day of work, but problem is not fixed. Fortunately, I found someone whose work was cheaper and stayed til the problem was solved! it’s called Ohana plumbing & home repair. I also let him put a clean out in the property for a reasonable price. Being a brand new home owner this was a hard lesson to learn, but If you’re looking for efficiency and a reasonable price this is not the company for you. Also, not very costumer service friendly. As Theresa told me she doesn’t care that other companies have better prices when I told her I called around. Nor was she very sympathetic to my situation.

I had a great experience with J.F. Whitlow Jr. and Sons for their plumbing service. They were sent to us through our home warranty company (after a failed service call from another company). The ladies who answered the phone were quick, kind and knowledgeable. They had great customer service. The technician they sent out was Lee. He was knowledgeable and thorough and was able to give us full details on the problem we were having with our main line. We are having them back to fix the problem this week! Great service! Thank you all!

Had a wonderful experience with my technician Bruce he called ahead to let me know he was in route arrived on time diagnosed my heating system reviewed my options for repair and replacement discussed the cost of each option answered all my questions. I decided repair was the best option for me he was able to get the part and make the repair the same day and for a reasonable price, not the cheapest but well worth the additional cost for the prompt courteous service I received. I would highly recommend this company for their heating and air or plumbing services

Indeed one of the worse companies I have had to deal with. Had my warranty company receive a written estimate from them but when I called to receive the same estimate they were giving me the run around as I wanted to see in full detail of what they were charging for and had me wait for almost 2 weeks and still have not received the full estimate. So I had another company do the job for almost 75% less than what they had quoted which was $1,200 and when I called again to see the price breakdown and job description Theresa said she felt insulted because her technician said that the issue was already fix. I wouldn't reccomend them for NOTHING!!! The WORSE customer service ever !!

Chris & Rudd did a great job, these are two of the hardest workers I have seen went above and beyond did a fantastic job five stars to both of them!!! Did a complete house re-plumbing with hardly any drywall cut outs, again 5 stars!
