    My AC was on the fritz an I was able to quickly create a service appointment and have my AC fixed. I really appreciated the punctuality and professionalism of Matthew H. He arrived on time within the service window and quickly solved my issue. I would recommend and use this company again.

    UPDATE: I just spoke with CJ as per the reply below and I was impressed with his willingness to be transparent and to assist in whichever way he could. He explained the issue they had was an internal staffing issue, unforeseen and unavoidable by Bell Cow. It had happened the day before but I still did not get a call until after the time service was scheduled. He let me explain my frustrations with how it was handled on the client-contact side and listened to me patiently and with interest. I have added a star to my review and would inquire about doing business with them in the future.

    Immediately upon moving into my new house, my air conditioner was not cooling efficiently. I have a home warranty on the house and made a claim through them. My claim was assigned to Bell Cow who contacted me to schedule service for a week later. Because it was mid-summer and the air conditioning was not cooling, I requested if there was anything earlier and was informed that there was not. So we set up the appointment for a week later. We (not the company) called the day before to confirm the 8AM-12PM window that was set upon scheduling the appointment. We were told that we were the first call of the day and that the tech would be there at 8AM. We were waiting for the tech that morning and I got a call at about 8:20AM that due to unforeseen circumstances they would not be able to service any HVAC at all. I reminded them that we had been waiting a week for this appointment already and could they recommend another company or another tech so that we could reach out to them? The agent on the phone did not provide another contact and would only tell me that they were not able to service any HVAC at this time. They told me to reach back out to the home warranty to have the service contract transferred to another company.

    I do understand that there are unforeseen events which cause disruptions in service. Once that occurs and a company needs to cancel or reschedule, I expect professionalism and at least an offer to help. If they are unable to service ANY HVAC, there would have been no harm to their company interests for them to recommend a competitor; and I might have given them service in the future. Yes, I have a home warranty this year and do not have total freedom to choose contractors for service, but we are not planning to have the home warranty following the first year and would have been searching for a reliable company to keep on file. With this exchange, however, and the complete disregard for my time, I will not use them in the future, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

    Paid for a 21 item "Spring tune-up"... Technician showed up for 10 minutes, did a quick walk around and then left.

    I also asked if he would let me know the filter size in the ceiling return so I could replace it. He told me he would write it on the inside of the return cover. He wrote it on the OUTSIDE in sharpie amd it's completely illegible.

    So basically I paid this company to send a moron to write on my walls. DO NOT RECOMMEND. When I called to complain I was given the cold shoulder. Now I have to figure out how to remove permanent marker from paint...

    It was unfortunate yesterday that I experienced a broken sewage line. After calling Bell Cow, a technician was out within the hour and repaired it successfully!

    I have used their HVAC services once before on a damaged system as well. It was fixed quickly and efficiently.

    I would like to thank the Bell Cow team for their friendliness, attention to detail and the ability to stand behind their work!

    Should have read reviews first!!! Requested service and explained exactly what we needed help with regarding our home warranty company that needed a specific, itemized quote (and after calling the week after “service”, the staff member on the phone seemed completely incompetent and was of no help whatsoever in requesting what we needed) to get our broken AC fixed (in the heat of summer). We received a quote for under $100 for them to come out, and they left our home with nearly $300 from us, without ANY indication that they would be charging us over $200 more than we were quoted until it was time to pay!
    Highway robbery and dishonest, without providing any sort of support, and a MUCH more expensive “service” visit than expected!!!
    They even sent us a bill following receiving nearly $300 from us asking us to pay the tax that the staff member did not collect from us!!! HA!

    Came in 2 times, once to troubleshoot and once to replace the part. Was in and out in 5 minutes and my Air conditioner is good.Chris was super knowledgeable and explained the issue as well as made some recommendations.

    So for most of 2021 we were dealing with a heating issue. Bell Cow was the fourth contractor assigned to our issue by the home warranty company. They were the only ones to correctly address the issue. When a problem arose with the heating again November 2021 we called Bell Cow directly had to replace a small part and now we are all toasty warm. Chris was great explaining the problem and fixing it. We highly recommend Bell Cow!

    I was in dire need of a new AC because my insurance company didn’t want to replace my old one because “it still worked”, but it was costing me $300 and $400 a month to cool and heat my house each month. So I called Home Depot last year for a quote. They were horrible. The guy they sent was very aggressive, I’m a salesman by the way and his pitch was trash and prices were outrages. Well after a year of crazy high bills and the insurance company fixing pieces of the AC, not the whole thing. I went to Lowes and they referred me to Bell Cow. An employee by the name of Richard (Butch) Lancaster came out to give me a quote for a new one. He worked with me and my budget and got me a unit at a price I could afford. He said he could have it installed this week and that’s exactly what he did even with the COVID-19 pandemic going on. I am forever grateful for his professionalism and understanding of my needs. A great company with great employees!

    Customer service was responsive and professional.
    Bell Cow was subcontracted by Terminix to seal my crawl space. They installed aluminum sheathing over my crawl space vents and sealed areas where pipes and wires entered the crawl space with mortar. Rework was required since the vents were not caulked leaving a good size gaps for wildlife to continue entrance. The rework was good and the technician sent appeared to know what he was doing.
    In summary, it’s lifetime warranty work as long as I live in the house and they stay in business, which is what I use to justify what I paid for the work.
