    Technician Shelton was very professional and knowledgeable of his job. He explained everything to me about what the problem and what needed to be done. He was very kind, pleasant and respectful of me as a elder. I would recommend this company to others for the service I received.

    Service: Replace outside door with new & install aluminum sheathing and caulking.

    We bought windows from Lowe's, and Bell Cow was the sub that did the install. great job on the windows....when we needed service again, we called Bell Cow. The original estimate was for a metal door, we wanted an Energy Star Fiberglass door like what existed. Informed Bell Cow estimator that we wanted a Fiberglass door. Received email back that Fiberglass door would cost $337.45 quoted text "A fiberglass door is more expensive and the total estimated price would go up an extra $337.45. The original estimate is for a metal door" Checking the Lowe's website, that figure looked about right for the difference between a metal door and an Energy Star Fiberglass door. HOWEVER, the door installed came from Home Depot, Not Energy Star! cost $559.00 the cost of the quoted door was $448.00 a difference of $111.00. Bottom line, workmen did a great job, working the the 91 degree heat, however, the personnel inside the house were not wearing masks. Draw your own conclusions about me being overcharged.

    From the time installers arrived they seemed like my job was inconvienent. The left without performing any work. Did not provide me a new date. Have already paid thousands of dollars for a down payment over a month ago now. It is a very expensive, large job. I understood this to be a reputable, quality company. I am discovering, for my experience, this is not the case.

    I would highly recommend! They were on time and only took them 20 minutes for them to fix my problem! Tony and his partner were very sweet! Tony used his little vacuum to clean up some stuff that had fallen after leaving my attic. I would highly highly recommend and I would definitely use this service again!!

    Bell Cow was sub-contracted by Terminix to seal our house. To find any access and seal it to deter rodent infestation. They made two trips as they missed a spot. But, solid work.

    The best part: they are extremely nice. I can’t stress that enough.

    Got assigned these guys from HSA Home Warranty when I scheduled a HVAC Tune-up. 2 guys showed up in a van with "Don't get milked by the other guys." Initially I didn't add ..."Because we will do it ourselves" but that changed. First HSA is not good at vetting contractors so I partially blame them for this.
    Back to the visit. When they arrived I turned on the AC as directed and they checked the system pressure. I don't know what they are really doing but I was eventually told that each system was 2 pounds low on R22 refrigerant (total 4 pounds missing from overall systems which hold approx 10 pounds...so a lot is missing). I didn't have any issues last year but these guys offered to fill my systems at $75 per pound on the spot. Seemed wrong to put $300 of R22 in a system that must be leaking. When I turned down their "offer" they packed up quickly and left. I tried to work with HSA because they didn't provide a complete HVAC Tune-up and was told I would get a refund that day. Well the HSA delay tactic eventually worked because HSA said I couldn't get a refund because the "technicians" had visited my house and performed a service...and had billed HSA for doing their part...
    I called another company (AC Masters, Great service) and they checked my systems and surprisingly found good pressure so no leak or low refrigerant...
    Then I called the manager/supervisor and he said that they surely would not just bill me for 4 pounds of R22, that they would "definitely" use a scale, show how much R22 was needed, etc. (Sarcasm) He couldn't explain why none of that was discussed when the guys were in my home, or why did not complete even the steps from HSA (rinse the coils). He did mention that they do not leave any paperwork covering the results of their Tune-up or Check-up because "we never do that." Nothing sketchy about a company that leaves nothing in writing about the results of them checking your system and trying to sell you more of their services...(more sarcasm). He also explained that it's difficult to accurately measure the pressure in different temperatures so the technicians were not at fault for not knowing how to do their job...then he wondered why I took so long to call him and I explained that I had been working with HSA for the refund.
    Long story...$400 for 2 HVAC checks and never going to get milked by these guys (or HSA) again.

    Great experience, worked with me on solving my issue. They just did not try to sell me something, they wanted to solve my issue.. Great price and their Field Supervisor "Butch" and Service Technician "Lee" were professional, courteous, and we got a professional installation. Would be a 5 Star but communications with scheduled service time could be improved, just call customer if your going to be late.

    Mathew came to my home this morning to fix my AC and I have only positive comments about him. He was professional and kind and answered all my questions. I could tell he really cared about his client. We have AC now and I am grateful for the service I received. Thank you for sending Mathew today! All the staff were kind to me during the 2 weeks I was without AC. I spoke to Butch yesterday and he was very kind and understanding. I would definitely recommend Bell Cow! 😊 thank you Cathy carroll

    Love this company. I was already perturbed because of replacing my A/C, however, when those two guys gave me superb service and a new unit under the price that I had estimated; I was elated. I love that they cleaned up after themselves and were very polite & professional. They assured me that the unit was the best one & that they replaced all of the old equipment. THANK YOU!
