Really satisfied with my service from Bell Cow. Butch was amazing to deal with through the process of getting the HVAC system. Hawk and Tony showed up on time and installed the system and made sure everything was working correctly and that we knew everything we needed to know before they left our house. Would definitely recommend Bell Cow and would definitely use them again.

This is the most unprofessional business I have every had to deal with in my adult life. The company was dispatched by my home warranty company for HVAC issues. The serviceman was lazy and barely checked anything, stating the leak was due to a plumbing issue...the plumber came out and advised it was clearly an ac issue and they needed to return. This company sends the same serviceman out. He was 2 hours early and had an attitude. When I explained what the plumber said, he told me let him stick to his expertise in and not tell him what someone else said. When I asked who did he think he was talking to and why was he so rude he began to use profanity and said he didn't have to be there...he was asked to leave and said he would write it up to make sure the home warranty company wouldn't cover the charges. We had to have another company come and fix a small hole in the freon line and replace freon they leaked out for almost a month. I called the company to make a complaint on the serviceman and they have yet to call me back. As a home owner of 3 rental properties and my own home I have NEVER experienced such horrible service and I have had to use multiple providers over the years in my homes...I would give no stars if I could.

They came out late. Checked the furnace, said what was wrong. Charged us higher than I think they should have. Told us we would get a call the next day with an estimate. NEVER received even as much as a hello, how are you. NEVER received any estimate by phone, text, or email. So obviously they aren't serious with their business.

This was the first time I have ever needed residential plumbing, Mike Dawson showed up for an estimate and then performed all the repairs very quickly. I would definently recommend this service to other home owners. 100% satisfied with the repairs and the man providing the repairs was a true professional.

Wow, where do I begin?!! We had been having such a tough time with our home warranty and different companies coming out to check our AC....finding zero problems (or maybe just not looking hard enough) and being disappointed. We've had to endure almost the entire summer with a high electric bill and barely any cool air to show for it! I'm glad they sent out THIS company! Matthew was such a pleasure to work with today. He took the time to listen to everything that was going on and knew exactly what to check for. PROBLEM SOLVED! My AC is running like new! I cannot thank you enough, Matthew for doing what the other companies wouldn't and going the extra mile! I appreciate your time! I will be return customer with or without this home warranty and referring my family and friends!

Great experience with this company. They are prompt and professional and honest. I though I needed new duct work and when Butch (I live in Chesapeake, VA) came out to inspect, he was honest and said I did not need new duct work and explained the actual issue. Saved me several hundred dollars! I’ve encounter a couple people from this company, Butch and Bobby. Both extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I purchased an air purifier for my HVAC. BEST purchase I’ve ever made for my home. The air smells so clean and I no longer have an issue with allergies inside! And I finally got the smoke smell out of my home left by the previous owners. Will continue to use them for my HVAC needs

These guys were sent my way by Terminix to repair some termite damage and I was skeptical at first but when they were done you couldn't even tell that they were there. Highly recommend BellCow and Terminix. Damage was found and Terminix jumped on it and it didn't cost me a dime. Thank you Gary at Terminix and CJ at BellCow

Today was the first time I ever had HVAC issues and Mathew Haines was on time, and fast. He fixed the problem and explained everything that was going on with my unit. I could not have asked for a better service provider/contractor to take care of my home needs. He was very professional, and his integrity is unmatched. I would recommend this company to anyone. This is the best Company. We will never use any other. Christian Adams provides remarkable service. He really cares and has a great work ethic. Please get him a new work phone. It is hard to hear him and the phone is outdated not like your company.
