I just reached out to them yesterday due to leaks with 3 of my mini splits. They worked me in and came out this afternoon, calling me when they were less than 10 mins away. They were friendly and professional, wore masks and footies, charged a very reasonable rate and fixed the problem with my units. I will definitely hire them again when we install 2 more units in our garage conversion into 2 rooms. Don't hesitate to call them! Thanks

The owner answered the phone at 3:30pm on a Sunday. I needed a part to fix the AC (100° outside). Not only was he able to provide the part, but he even gave me advice about some specifics of the process to fix it. I have found my new HVAC company! Customer service, honesty, and integrity are paramount in my decision to trust a person, let alone a company. I couldn't have asked for a nicer guy, and as such, I know his company shares his vision of how to treat customers. Very well done!!

Our air had stopped working over the holiday weekend. I called mid morning the day after the holiday and they were able to fit us in between 2 to 4 pm. They came in that time frame. They answered all of my questions and showed me the part that failed. The price was very reasonable and we’re back in the cool air!

Mr Fishburne was a fantastic technician that identified the issue and then resolved the problem in a timely manner.

Right before the snow, my heat decided to take a steaming dump on my evening plans. Reach out to Todd the next morning-- trucks are not on the road due to ice. He calls me and offers to help me troubleshoot the issue-- and after about 5 minutes of time on the phone-- he tells me to pull up the overflow prevention valve. Within 5 minutes he has my heat back up and running -- and my wife happy (from the heat being fixed)...

HIGHLY recommend Todd and Mode Comfort & Air Quality. Took photos of coils, pressure readings on both systems to show you everthing he's testing or looking at. This also gives him a snapshot of the system when he returns for maintenance or repair.
