Mode gave us a great price on our new heat pump, 2-3K less than we were expecting to pay. David was our lead installer, did a great job, in and out in about 5 hours to tear out old and install new system. They also kept the work area clean and were as quiet as could be reasonably expected. Very pleased with the service and price we received, will absolutely recommend to anyone who ever needs a good Heat/Air Tech!

Honest and reliable. Don’t overcharge or try to do any fake services like duct cleaning. Can even handle weekends.

David came out today and replaced ac, heat, and thermostat. They were on time and professional. All new parts and hoses. Work was neat and I am very glad I chose them to replace our 2004 system. They took care of our old system for years. Always quick to respond and fixed it in record time We are very happy with the service they have provided to us.

I bought a row house condo in 2020 which had brand new mini split units when the house was flipped prior to me buying. I loved the idea of mini-splits, but these had constant problems - a LOT of leaking, damage to the walls, sometimes no AC or no heat, etc... I had asked multiple companies for help with these type of units and no actual solutions. Todd at Mode helped me immediately after I called. They asked what type of units I had and they studied the manual for the specific Cooper & Hunter units I have so that they could make sure they were helping me in the correct way. Todd and Jason noticed that not only were the units installed incorrectly, the wires on two units were crossed so they weren't correctly communicating with the roof unit and remotes. After fixing each unit multiple times, I ended up hiring them to re-install the units since the ultimate issue was the incorrect installation in the first place. David and Jake did an amazing job on the re-install. They even installed little boxes under the mini-splits so that you could look inside the wall in the future if needed. I would recommend Mode to EVERYONE with mini-splits. They are so responsive, and would get to my house same day or at most the next day. I don't want anyone but Mode touching my HVAC!

I have used MODE for both installation and service, and they have always been great to work with. Very professional from ownership to all employees that I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend them.

Our AC went out on July 4th weekend, repeatedly blowing a breaker switch.. Called Mode and spoke to Todd. He was at our place within 2 hours and had the system up and running again in less than an hour and a half. He explained everything comprehensively and took time to tell me how to use the system more efficiently once he had everything fixed. Ended up with a repair that was significantly cheaper than I had anticipated and with a lot less work. Can't say enough good things; will definitely use Mode and recommend them from now on!

When our system needed to be replaced, they went above and beyond to keep us comfortable with portable units we could borrow until the replacement could be done.
