Mode Comfort & Air Quality

I have had this company replace my AC, replace thermostats and a drain pump, as well as my hot water heater. Always great service, very professional, and responsive. Even over Thanksgiving weekend when most places were closed, they kept up communication regarding my issue, and were here Monday morning to replace my water heater. They may not be the cheapest, but you get what you pay for! I won’t call anyone else.

I called late afternoon on the Saturday before Christmas Eve and the phone was answered promptly. I was a new customer and they were able to work me in. Kenny was fantastic, he diagnosed quickly and even went out to get the part in order to get my heat back on that evening. I can't say enough about the prompt, friendly service. I definitely recomend.

My AC was continually leaking water into the ceiling and down into the house from the attic. Several companies came out, said they fixed the problem only to have it continue to leak.
Mode Comfort came out and diagnosed a number of issues including improper installation.
They installed a new AC and correctly installed it along with the heater. The work was done in a tidy, neat manner and all functions properly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MODE COMFORT for installs & repairs, they're honest and do thorough, professional work!

We have used Mode exclusively for 5 years after multiple bad service calls from many different companies. This company is honest, hard working and friendly. We love Mode. On a Sunday evening our AC went out and I texted Mode and they set up an appointment for the next day right away Kenny came out to our home today, early (which is always appreciated). He replaced the capacitor and did a great job making sure the second unit was also in working order. Our family highly recommends Mode!

Mode as always provides the best service, even on the weekend, with the temperature hovering around 92 degrees. They were quick in their diagnoses and repaired the problem right away. My AC is now up and running again. By the way when I called Todd the owner pick-up the phone, I wasn't expecting that on a weekend! I would recommend their services to everyone...I haven't found a company that has better customer service in the AC business!

Holy Smokes! This company really takes pride in their work! They came out and did a perfect job with the installation of my new indoor & outdoor heat pump units. When I say they were perfect; that's saying a lot because I'm a bit obsessive compulsive. I had estimates from more than one company and narrowed it down on honesty and my feeling of trust. I was very happy at how detailed David was at explaining things and they were a fair price, which made this a Great experience all the way around! I would definitely recommend Mode:)

I have had several issues with my water heater. They have been incredibly helpful and responsive, helping as they have been able (obtaining certain parts has been an extreme struggle). But every time they have been out they have been good about explaining what they were doing and why. The technician were courteous and great with my dog who insisted on being their friend. Would definitely recommend.

We”re always so impressed with the service that Mode Comfort & Air provides us. David C. came out to our home to evaluate a problem with our A/C today. Our downstairs A/C unit went out yesterday, one of the hottest days in June so far! We contacted owner Todd Rice last night and he was able to send David out right away to access the problem. David was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Todd and his staff are always available to answer our questions and troubleshoot any problems we have. David was awesome and fixed the problem quickly and for significantly less than we expected.

Todd has helped us on numerous occasions with HVAC repair and replacement needs at both our residence and investment properties.
