My AC had been on the brink for years. I decided to make the leap with a replacement. Being a single mom and educator I was nervous about financing. Rob was fantastic! He was patient and provided several options to get me and my family the system we needed. Miles and his team were professional & courteous during the install.The office staff (Mary) are just as nice and helpful. Recommend 100%!

I’ve been using Capital City for 8 years now. They always do quality work from the initial install to the service calls and tune ups. All the technicians who have worked at my home have been professional and personable. My most recent service call was handled by Tobin who was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and polite. He took the time to explain all my options and provided stellar service!

These guys were amazing - everyone was so professional, knowledgeable and personable! Rob Garner our rep was so awesome and gave us all the information we needed and requested! He was on the spot and walked us through every step and was even there when installers came and gave them all the instructions they needed and included us in all the decision making! Me and my wife do not normally write reviews but we were so impressed by this company we felt we needed to let everyone know. Will definitely use this company for all future heating and air conditioning needs!

Vito and Lisa-How bout you both rock!!! I really thought this was the end for me and this is how I was going to go when my heat pump stopped working... I called about 4 times and Lisa promised me that she could squeeze me in and she kept her word! Vito arrived and I swear he looked like Jesus!
Literally!! He was professional and understanding and it took him about 1/2 hour to find and fix the problem!!! I am one happy camper and really appreciate you both! It for up to 89 degrees in my house but now I'm cool, cool!

I recently bought a home and my main concern was my heating and cooling system. My sister and brother-in-law highly recommended Capital City Heating and Cooling so that's who I called to maintain my systems. Dillon Barrett has been my Comfort Specialist twice - once to move my dryer duct and just recently to check my systems for the season. He was so nice, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and gave me great tips for maintaining my system! These folks are excellent for both maintenance and installation work. They've been responsive, prompt, and professional each time we've requested a service visit. Everyone we've worked with at this business has been great, but special shout-outs to Matt and Chris for knocking it out of the park.

We called them when our boiler failed during a cold snap and they were helpful and informative without pressuring us to make a decision. Once we'd decided on a path forward, they knocked out replacement in a timely and professional manner. They've been similarly great for some AC issues we ran into this year and last, identifying and fixing a sneaky leak in one of our units.
