Capital heating and cooling has always been professional and thorough.

Matt Patrick was especially thorough as he serviced our system. During this service he lifted a cover on a section of the HVAC that had not been checked in years.
This part of our system had NOT been installed by Capital Heating and Cooling.
Under the cover Mr. Patrick found mold that had been circulating throughout our house for years!
After this disgusting revelation, he recommended cleaning all of the lines. And he thoroughly cleaned all of the parts that were affected.

Since that time we have noticed an improvement in our air quality!
Our family is very thankful for Mr. Patrick’s thorough service of our systems that resulted in a healthy home for us!

This is an awesome local company. Capital City installed an HVAC unit in my home and they continue to service it. It's easy to set up an appointment, the office staff is awesome, and the field techs are very knowledable. They are always on-time, organized, and experts in their field. Can't ask for much more than that. Support local!

Update from March 2023: I still love this company! Steven did a great job setting up our system for the hot summer. He took extra time to test the temp at the vents and we discovered a closed vent. No wonder that room was cold during winter and hot during summer! Thanks Steven.

From the very beginning meeting with Gary, the professionalism was great. The most impressive response to me was their heart and care. Our unit was totally gone and it is very hot in the summer and this company brought window units to our home to use until our unit could be installed. That meant so much to us.
