Platinum Quality Air 500

I was pleased that Platinum Heating & Air 500 was able to come and check our system so quickly, diagnose the problem and install a new unit within a 4 day period. This was during a heat wave. We are completely happy and comfortable.

Great experience working with PlatinumAir500. They were on time both days and kept me informed. Kudos to Peyton for letting me know that I didn’t actually need an outdoor unit and that it was a mistake on his part. Saved me almost $5G’s. I love honesty and integrity. I highly recommend PlatinumAir500 for any of your HVAC needs. They are now my go-to HVAC folks!

We have used this company for at least twenty years
We had an appt for a furnace maintenance approx two weeks ago. Our thermostat needed replacing but the amt was almost $300 and we said we couldn't afford that. He said until we had one that worked he couldn't look at the furnace. We then told him we would call when we had one. At no time did he say they would come out if they didn't do the installation. So we found the one like it thru a supply company for $65 plus tax and shipping. My husband put it in and it works just fine. We called today (40 Oct) to set up an appt and they said they wouldn't come. So, I guess loyalty gets you no where in this society. We are on a fixed income and can't understand why they couldn't take that into consideration. Found another company who is coming out next week. I wouldnt recommend based on the nasty reply from Charles.

Courteous and honest. After identifying that my system was nearing its end they sent a tech to talk about replacement. They identified that my ducting system was in need of replacement they provided me recommendations and a way forward. Although they no longer replace or install ductwork there was no push to sell me a new system, instead I was given helpful advice and honesty. Would recommend them just for that fact.

Our AC went out on Saturday. I called them on Saturday night just after 10pm. The call was answered. I wasn't expecting anyone to show up until Monday. The repairman called Sunday morning and showed up Sunday afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, advised me of problem and cost prior to making any repairs. He had the part on the truck and made necessary repairs.

You will love the Plantinum team, install, service, and repair. This is my 2nd home with hiring them to install an AC new units from Platinum and I will refer, recommrmd and reassure you they are awesome to partner with.

Jarell came and did our AC tune up. He was on time, very professional and did a complete, wonderful job. He was very mindful of reclosing the gates so the dog would not escape. Thank you!
