Had technician Vincent come out and fix our furnace within minutes and was very informative.

They definitely exceeded my expectations, the technician who came to my house, fixed my AC in a quick fashion!

Poor service. Scheduled a service but technician did not even leave a message when he called. He was asked why and his response is he don't leave a message on the phone at all. Maybe this is the reason why this company got a 1.8 score for review. Need some improvement in customer service...big time.

Schedule to get a complete AC installation and was told that they do not do duct work between May and July that makes zero sense since the hottest part of the year is in August will never do business with them.. not to mention that they gave me a five hour window to sit around and wait for an appointment and called within 45 minutes of their ending time terrible service and I quote we're not the business for you is what they told us

$70 call fee and unexpected high prices...
Many big name companies out there that offer quotes over the phone... Learn from my lesson... call around.
