A-C Plus LLC

Absolute rip off. HMS home warranty sent them out to fix my heat pump. Took my $100 for deductible only to have HMS decline further repair and nothing has been fixed. Complete scam! Avoid at all costs or you will get ripped off too!!!

Problem with AC/ Heating unit never resolved after having to pay the service fee(warranty) for them to come out several times.

A-C was timely and nice. They knew exactly what the problem was after a few investigative minutes and fixed the problem. I have AHS and they were the company given to my problem and would use them again.

The technicians got my AC working in about 15 minutes by replacing the capacitor and even gave me the parts incase i needed the info for the future. I will use them again if need for sure.

Thank you so much Mr. Nguyen and his team for their excellent service. We really appreciate that they came to our place in the weekend to install the new gas furnace when the temperature dropped below 30F.

Horrible! Didn’t know what they were doing. American Home Shield sent them out and they did nothing. I called another company and they diagnosed the problem when AC PLUS said there was no problem.

Hahaha! These clowns changed their name trying avoid their terrible reputation. They used to be called A C Plus LLC. Now they are A-C Plus LLC. They are truly incompetent at their job. Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid them!

Fixed my 16 years old A/C running the last 5 summers and winters and still going...while Tommy Gardner try to sell me the new unit... Fast service, and very reasonable $$$$...

THIS COMPANY COSTS ME A CLOSING ON A HOUSE I WAS TRYING TO SELL BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FIX THE AC ON THE 3RD TIME THEY CAME OUT. AMERICAN HOME SHIELD WAS NO HELP! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! (THEY DON'T DESERVE ANY STARS BUT I COULDN'T POST THE REVIEW UNLESS I CLICKED ONE)

Mr. Ngyuen came out to figure out my heat problem last week he quickly found he had to order a control board and actually came to fix it Christmas eve when the part came in and got my heat working in no time very professional and knowledgeable A+ service
