I was sent to this company via American Home Shield. They were very quick to come out and inspect the unit. That is where the reliability ended. It was nothing but back and forth with Nguyen as he is the only person working there. I understand he is very busy and this is a busy time of the year (May) but emptying the mailbox so a message can be left would have been nice. He continually says he will call back but never does. He refused to explain the bill to me as far as why I was being charged for 3 times the amount of refrigerant needed. Then midway through our dealings informed me I would need to be reassigned to a new contractor. I have never left a google review but this has me HOT!

Took our money and told our warranty company he completed the job. He came out to diagnose and give an estimate on how much it would cost but never came back. Kept telling us the part was on back order. Once we found out he completed the order with the company without fixing our AC, we tried calling him and he wouldn’t answer. The only time he did answer, once he found out who it was he hung up. He will steal your money and not complete the job. He will lie about completing jobs to warranty companies. BEWARE!!!!

He was on time , he educated me on information regarding my system, he solved my problem he was quick and clean and most importantly he saved me money and time, what a blessing!! the young man was so nice and professional, you better believe that if anything else ever happens to my system this company will be my number one choice…

They agree to replace my evaporator coils, two months later found that my refrigerant leaked back out because the evaporator coils were not replaced properly.They failed to communicate with the warranty company all the other things I needed fixed.I paid this company $2,050 and now I want my money back(I was advised they never fixed the issue)please reject this company if American Home Shield sends them, they are not honest and a complete rip off

Not sure why AHS is using this company but the communication between this company and AHS is non existent. He still has not sent them the invoice from when he fixed my unit 25 days ago. The unit has stopped cooling again and now AHS needs the 1st invoice so they can see what was the problem the first time. I’m starting to wonder if I should switch warranty companies all together. Because I’m sure AHS knows about these complaints.

If I could leave a zero, I would. We started having problems with our AC Saturday. Called American Home Shield, who then picked A/C Plus. We were told the technician would call us with an appointment day and time. No one ever called, so we called them. After calling several times, the guy finally picked up and said he didn't know when he could come and would call us back. After 3+ hours, he called and said he could come Tuesday. He came out, changed the compasiter in less than 10 minutes and said you're good. The next day, our A/C started acting up again. So we called the guy again to tell him it was still not working. He said he couldn't do anything. We would have to call AHS back to get him to come out. So that is what we did. He couldn't come until today (Friday). He was at our house for literally 5 minutes, hooked something up to the outside unit, said the unit was blowing at 56° and had no clue why it is 80° in our house. Said our unit is working just fine. And left. Now we have to wait for him to put in his "diagnosis" so we can get AHS to assign another company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Worst communication and service I have ever experienced. I could have done the same thing watching a YouTube video. Pretty sure that is where he learned his "skills".

There is a question on this review asking what services did A/C Plus (Nguyen) perform. Well he performed NONE! He looked and asked for water. Stated that he remembered the property from 3 yrs ago, he didn't address the problem then either. Told me that he would contact Home Sheild and give me a call back. Haven't heard a word. Per Home Sheild he refuses to come back to the property! This company shouldn't be open. He does not know what he is doing and needs his license revoked!

This company was assigned by American Home Shield to fix our AC. Nguyen was responsive and flexible about scheduling. He fixed the problem and showed me how to address the issue in the future.

This is the second time I have used this company thanks to American home shield. Every time he has serviced my A/C it’s quick and he gets the job done! Never had any issues!! Thanks again!
