Used them for HVAC. Took days for Jim Miller (GM) to call me back. They got it wrong twice and had to come back. And now I’m waiting for them to come back to fix it a third time, can’t get Jim on the phone, and they were supposed to be hear last week.

Other guy told us we needed to replace our hot water heater even though it was only 8 years old. Chandler’s had us only replace the unit that had gone bad. Saved us $1000 bucks!

Chandler’s came out the same day and fixed out AC very quickly. Tevon was very professional and did a great job.

Had a great experience with their electricians and plumbers. I was happy with the work performed and the price paid. I will use them again.

AC outage on a Saturday morning. Chandler's response time was outstanding, 2 pm, and the service tech had the AC back online within an hour, including system check.

The service man contacted before the schedule time to let us know that they are on the way. follow covid guidelines. great communication, very fast and Professional. would recommend to others.

We called unsure of the source of the flooding in our basement. They responded within a couple of hours, identified the problem and provided a solution within a couple if hours. We were extremely impressed with their promptness and execution.

Prompt response, good communication, arrived in the timeframe indicated. Called to notify that they were on the way. Repaired leaking kitchen plumbing. Very satisfied with service.

Were very responsive and flexible to get a technician out. He arrived on time, polite, and fixed the issue quickly and cleanly.

John went above and beyond by fixing a recurring problem with our HVAC and the auxiliary heat. It is a bad sign if you have a set of fuses on hand previously. He was very prompt and professional and walked me through what he was working on.
