Chandler's Plumbing & Heating

We called Chandlers to install a garbage disposal. Unlike other companies they gave an honest estimate over the phone (actual price came in lower!). Max was efficient and completed repair in record time. We will definitely use again.

We have had them out twice for two different emergency repairs. They were professional, prompt and easy to work with. Also, very affordable considering they were emergency calls and both had to be done on weekends on late in the day. They replaced a valve that was leaking gas, wash gas actually turned our gas off in Feb. ouch! It ended up being no big deal. Then the following year we had the pressure valve on our gas water heater dumping water all over the place. That was on a weekend and the person who came was absolutely wonderful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again. (Hopefully no more emergencies for us though)

Chandler's came right at the beginning of the window they gave (10 minutes early in fact) and resolved the issue. The technician couldn't rule out the involvement of other a/c systems in our building, so he explained what we could expect if there was and if there wasn't. He was respectful of the apartment and coordinated with the property managers and cleaned up everything before he went. Very helpful, would absolutely recommend. I'm so glad our property management uses them.

Great service provided by Chandler's install team of Lorenzo and Bruno. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They answered our questions and provided additional information which was helpful. They also kept us informed of the installation progress. Recommend this Chandler and this installation team.

My HVAC blower motor died and so many HVAC companoes just want to sell you new systems and they scare you about CO poisoning to get you to bite. A broken blower motor doesn't produce CO. Chandler's arrived first on the scene of several HVAC repair companies, diagnosed the broken part, quoted it fairly, and got it fixed. Would def use again!

Water pressure was weak in one of my sinks. Dustin and Jake came, on time, and smoothly corrected the issue. This company is just aces all around. Old school style with modern perks. Say hi to Cathy if you call. She is terrific too.

Chandlers was responsive to my AC not working, arriving quickly and immediately diagnosing the problem of the outside compressor not working. After getting that working, they came into the house, at all times wearing a mask on the property, to double check the internal equipment to be sure there were not additional concerns.

The Technician, Tayvon, was clearly knowledgeable, experienced, and at all times professional.

I would highly recommend the company and this technician especially.

Definitely recommend - called them in the morning because of a broken water heater, very quick response. The tech (Nathaniel) came out same day and fixed the problem. He also replaced a shower head that we were having trouble with. He was great at explaining what likely happened and what the options were to fix it. I will definitely call them for future needs.

I called Chandler’s at 8am & heard back from them in 1/2hr. Service man was at my home at 10:30, fixed the A/C & gone within 1/2. So friendly, great customer service. I was referred to them by Nextdoor.

I've used Chandler's for over 15 years! They are polite, efficient and very respectful of the house when they come. They arrive on time and do great work. They even came to our house at 5:00 on New Year's Eve when my husband shot a nail through our hot water pipes. I highly recommend them!
