I have never had a bad experience with Chandler's. Our landlord hires them for out of house issues and every service call has been timely, and professional. The techs are amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Colin came to fix our sink. I didn't catch the name of the tech who came out to repair our AC but she was fantastic. And then of course KATHY who answers the phone, I think I could call her just to talk and have my day brightened up some. Would hire this company for any residential matters any day.

The Chandler team came out on a holiday and identified the issues with a leak at a property I rent. The tenants were happy and therefore I was happy. The issue turned out to related to a new roof not plumbing but Chandler’s service gave everyone peace of mind until repairs could be made. Outstanding service. Our very old AC unit finally failed and we urgently needed replacement. Chandler's quickly examined our home and gave us a fair bid within 24 hours. Three business days later, their crew installed. It was a difficult job using older ductwork. Completed by end of the day. The crew were exceptionally courteous, careful, and diligent throughout.

We received a call back immediately to schedule the appointment for our toilet that was leaking. She was professional yet warm and was able to give me instructions on how to prepare for the appointment.

Our plumber was very professional and kept us abreast on what he was doing to repair the toilet. He stopped to let us take photos of the damage and then proceeded to fix the problem.

We have used Chandler for all our plumbing repairs for over a dozen years. They have always provided prompt and commendable service. So I was dumbstruck that when I called early Thursday because we have a toilet that's got a valve leaking onto the bathroom floor and another that is turned down because water is spraying out if the tank, we were told we'd have to wait four days for someone to take care of us. If we wanted it sooner we'd have to pay emergency rates! This is not how we expect to be treated as long term loyal customers. We will be using Michael and Sons this time, they are not charging extra for next day service.

I contacted Chandler's to remove an existing toilet and install a new one. The call for the appointment was straightforward and very easy. I got the appointment day and time I needed. The time was quickly confirmed by text.

On the day of the appointment, I received a reminder of the time. Later, I received a call from the technician saying he was on his way.

The work was done well and quickly. The technician was careful about my property, listened to my issues, and asked me questions when things weren't clear.

I was very happy with the whole process. Chandler's is an excellent company for plumbing and heating and they are also my go-to for electrical work.

Chandler Plumbing are responsive, professional and honest. Both times I have needed them were a/c related when the unit was not working in the summer and they came out quickly and resolved the issue. I would highly recommend this company-and purchased annual maintenance based on our experience.

Needed 2 toilets repaired. Was able to schedule appointment within 24 hrs of my call. Chandler had to swap repairmen at the last minute, but keep the original appointment. Excellent work and reasonably priced.
