Adam from Weather Makers was performing our annual maintenance and he found faulty defrost sensors. He had other calls to complete but still got the part and came back the same day to make the repairs, as he promised. Not only did he keep his word but he had a good attitude and held a good conversation. Adam was a great service technician!

I've been a customer of Weather Makers for almost 30 years now and I can tell you without a doubt, hands down they are the absolute best. I have a geo thermal system. The problem was with my pump. They were unable to fix it and they said I needed to contact a technician who worked on pumps. Attitude was good. Very capable about the hvac cooling and heating. But could not help with the geothermal aspect of my system.

I had preventative maintenance done on my HVAC getting ready for summer. Adam was the tech assigned to the call, and kept me informed of everything that he was doing. Answered all my questions to the best of his ability. Highly recommend.

Semi annual inspection. My service rep, Austin, was great. Professional, efficient and very polite. Also pointed out a couple of things worth knowing that I didn’t know.
