I used Weathermakers to diagnose and repair our furnace. Adam was responsive and on time and got our heat back to operating in hours. He educated me on how prevent the issues arising again.

Besides great service, Adam provided valuable advice on maintaining our AC, as well as the need to service our tankless water heater!! I really do appreciate knowledgeable techs who actually care about their customers!!!

Adam did a great job for us today. In addition to showing up on time, he was honest about the problem with our 11 year old MiniSplit HVAC unit and why it no longer worked. He explained in detail what our options were. We've used WeatherMakers for over 13 years for our AC systems as well as this MiniSplit and made the decision to purchase a new unit from them.

The technician Adam was personable and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the problem and even came out on the holiday.

With a forecast of record setting cold temperatures and wind chills over the next few days and me being out of the area I had a number of questions re: thermostat settings, fan being set on auto, cool air from the vents at times, etc. Adam answered my questions and provided details how the system operates.
