We turned to weather makers after building our house and having a bad experience with the original ac system. We could not be happier. Since the original install they have been responsive and professional. Adam just visited for maintenance. He called to give us heads up on when he would be arriving, showed up when he said he would, and was very thorough. My wife and i both have allergies and he also gave us recommendations for how to maximize the efficiency of the ac unit as well as help with filtering allergens. Very positive experience with this company so far.

Adam came during his scheduled time and got right to work checking out my air handler in our attic. and after performing his required maintenance there he went outside to the air compressor and did an outstanding job conducting the maintence and then cleaned my entire unit with a soap clearer and hosing it down getting all the residue off of the unit. He answered all my questions I asked pertaining to the unit and components and I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and his hard work ethnic. He certainly is an asset for Wearher Maker. Adam, our service tech, for one showed up right on time. That alone can’t be appreciated enough. Looked through the whole system to make sure she was optimal. Fan capacitor was barely holding together (which I thought, so didn’t try to sell things just to sell them). Personable, able to talk to him about anything. We started using Weathermakers for our annual heat and AC maintenance 23 years ago. Our furnace and AC were brand new then and they are still working now.

Michael, the Weathermakers service tech who came to my house most recently, was friendly and professional. He arrived on time, during the 2-hour window. He spent a good amount of time trying to reduce the pressure within the AC system, which I appreciated. This appointment was 5 stars.

I gave the company 4 stars overall because 2 years ago we had a bad experience with a lazy and/or unskilled technician that arrived to fix our AC. My husband called the company just to tell them what happened (we didn't want a refund or anything) and they were not receptive to the feedback at all.

Adam did an excellent job of performing my semiannual maintenance check. He gave me much information on how to get maximum performance from my HVAC system. On time and courteous.

Have seasonal service plan, for twice a year service. Have never let us down! Just out to complete Spring/Summer service. Knowledgeable, thorough and nice! Austin was the serviceman’s name and he did a great job!
