Adam was great! Very friendly, personable, and ready to get the job taken care of. He explained our home's heating issue clearly, and even snapped a few photos of our unit on his personal cell phone to further explanation. His professional knowledge was helpful for moving forward and reassured me that his recommendations were on point. Because of Adam's expertise, I know we're in good hands.

Adam showed up on time. He visually inspected furnace first confirming a drip leg was installed properly on the gas supply line as per NC state code. He took pictures of the drip leg verifying the drip leg was 48” from the furnace.He found a psi sensing line not connected and reconnected it to its proper port. He ran the heating system, checked all registers for proper heating temperatures during the heat cycle, verifying all ducts were properly sealed and flowing. He also tested A/C unit at all registers and at heat exchanger w/ pyrometer for temp differential. Filled out reports for us… Job well Adam.

Weather Makers Inc showed up on time and identified my problem in about 15 mins. The technicians explained the issue simply and for the first time from a technician in a way that actually made sense and explained how my system really operates. Lots of respect for that.

Was just serviced by Adam in Chesapeake. Our AC had stopped working and was iced up. He diagnosed it very quickly and was able to find the leak and repair it that day. Great professional service!

-Update-The manager, George, did get back to me and was very helpful in helping try to make it right. I wish I had seen that service dedication sooner. I think they are a good company, I just had a one off experience.

Original-Really disappointed with the experience. Paid to have a technician come out twice to look at the unit and didn’t get a diagnostic either time for what they said was because of the rain. On the third go around (each time initiated by me despite the 2nd time having updated my contact info) the technician didn’t show up in the window I was told to be at my house (I had taken off work) and when I called to inquire about it, I was told the appointment had been made by mistake and they needed to update my contact info (for a second time!) I didn’t want to work with them any longer because it was the third time I had taken time out of my day only to get no answers as to what was happening with my HVAC. I called the manager to try to get some of the money back I had already paid and was told he’d look into it and call me back, taking down my contact info. The day passed, I never received a call back and think it is likely I never will.

Adam came on Saturday and quickly diagnosed and repaired my dad's ac. Wonderful experience.
