Shaffer Heating and Cooling

Starting using Shaffer just under a year ago (I was with another company for YEARS, but sadly, they seemed less attentive to my needs/business over time). The tech, Teddy, is knowledgable, careful, and takes extra steps to ensure you're pleased with the outcome. I'm happy I'm using Shaffer for my AC system.

The technician said he would be to my house between 9:00 AM and 12:00 and he was at my door by 9:00 sharp, he diagnosed my problem ordered parts and got an approval from my warranty company and scheduled a install appointment for the next day. I was throughly impressed. I rate this company 5 out of 5 stars, plus they called me a half hour before arriving each morning. I highly recommend this company.

Schaffer Heating and Cooling did a great job in getting us a new AC motor. They diagnosed the issue in a few minutes, purchased the motor and installed the very next day. Speedy service and great quality. We appreciate all of their help!
