They replaced an old gas water heater - brought pipes up to code. They were here on time and finished as they said they would. Looks great and I have Very hot water.

Teddy came out and repaired a stalled blower motor. He had the part on his truck and repaired it immediately. I was very pleased.

Installation of outside heat pump went great and replaced three thermostat. Great job,Clean and tidy, everything looks great and everything else looks great too. Also very Honest with what they could or couldn’t do, also exactly what system l needed for my large long ranch, and what system was better that the other and which system that would be the most efficient and least expensive to run and repair. Also they have a very good value for the prices they quote!!! Would and will use again and would recommend it to everyone who needs Honest HAVC services!!!Very professional, polite, nice, informative on problem and repair, through, detail oriented, and completed work in a timely manner!! Jon was so great, and his guys were extremely professional, timely, and communicated everything! I was so pleased to have had him referred to us when our AC went out in our new house. He was very honest about what he could fix and the options available with a new unit since our system was 13 years old. I will be using him from now on, and for my maintenance agreement to make sure my unit never has an issue again.

Mr. Shaffer and his staff fixed my AC Unit. I called them and they came out the very next day. We found the issue, they ordered a part and once it came in we scheduled a time for them to fix it. They came right on time and didn't leave until the AC was working properly. They did recommend us upgrade our unit, but said that the repairs they did should fix the issue. We definitely would use them again.

John came recommended to me by someone I've known and trust completely, so with that I felt great about John and his team installing new AC. Unit was up and running in 4 hrs already can tell a difference again, can't say enough nice things about them. It's hard to know who you can trust these days, you can trust this company and his and Teddy's knowledge. Thank you John, Teddy and son, for making this so non stressful for me. Very grateful.

I had a minor issue with my heating system in a rental property . Jon and his team are always very timely, respectful and professional. This is very important to keep The tenants happy. And their prices are if not the best in the area they are very competitive
