I will NEVER use another company!!!! Shaffer Hearing and Cooling are absolutely amazing! I am a single mom, with a crazy schedule. These guys always exceed my expectations with their responsiveness, and punctuality. They are very professional, the quality of their work is exceptional, and they stand behind their work. They are always very professional, they educate me on the problem in terms that I am able to understand, and THE ABSOLUTE BEST part is that they are AFFORDABLE! I have been on their maintenance plan for years, I highly recommend it!

Jon with Shaffer Heating & Cooling was amazing ! He came out immediately even though it after hours and thankfully I had an easy fix. He went above and beyond and cleaned my system, replaced the part and my air conditioner was back up and running. This is a very professional trustworthy business I would recommend to anyone. Jon is my "boiler whisperer". I have a steam boiler (125 year old house) which is so rare it is impossible to find a company that will even work on it because no one knows how to fix it! Jon comes out and gets it working! I would trust him to do ANYTHING associated with my HVAC system!!! He's VERY professional and knowledgeable!!! He is very trustworthy...

Had a second problem with my heater unrelated to my initial repair from them. Asked my home warranty co for this co. again. Really appreciate his diligence, honesty and efforts even though I will need additional repairs.

John came by and was very professional and very knowledgeable. I’m not sure at this time if I want to change over from the boil furnace to heat pump. If I change over to heat pump, I will most definitely get his services.

Teddy was very helpful in explaining the problem we were having with my AC. Great guy and he does great work.
