Our furnace blower motor went out Christmas Eve day and it was extremely cold outside and in our house. Sawyer's was the only company that answered their phone and Joe came out the same day to diagnose. It took a couple days to get a new furnace but they installed it as soon as it arrived. They showed up with a trailer to haul off our old furnace. 5 months later and everything is working great and the AC is working great with the new install too. Really appreciate the help while we were in a bad spot right at Christmas.

My AC was acting up and not blowing out cool air. I had the pleasure in working with this company to resolve and a technician named 'Chance' came by to assist. After evaluation, I was told it was simply low on freon. Chance took care of it quickly. Fast and friendly and great communication. Highly recommend.

Contacted Sawyer Heating and Air conditioning that my Condenser was not running properly, and the response I received was was immediate! The technician was onsite within a few hours and the the issue was rectified with my A/C unit running properly! The gentleman that showed to my elderly neighbors was found sitting Indian style on her floor in her bedroom laughing and exhibiting weird behavior then charged 800 for not really sure what and told her he had to eat too when she asked what was done and if problem was fixed. Weird all the way around however we called another company and found the problem choose to go with a new system and they were honest up front and took the proper steps to make sure she understood.

Joe and his team went above and beyond for us in replacing a faulty HVAC unit and realigning our other unit which had become un-level. They are professionals and also the nicest service people we’ve worked with to date locally. We highly recommend them for your heating/cooling needs in the Virginia Beach area.

Very responsive, honest, and professional. Went through various steps in a few minutes to figure out why the heater would start up and then stop. Turned out to be burner issue versus computer module. Saved me a lot of money. This company has kept my 19-year old heater going strong and in good working condition. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Sawyer's. They are friendly and professional. They replaced my old hvac system with a new heat pump and my house has never felt better. We actually had to adjust the thermostat because it was chilly in the house. That has never happened since we moved in 9 years ago. After the install, we had a couple minor problems and they came out right away to check it out and fix it. They are an excellent company. If you need hvac work, they are the ones to call.

I definitely will come back to this HVAC service for all my heating and cooling needs. They’re a small family business. They came on short notice to fix a clogged drain line and tune up my system. We had a leak that caused ceiling damage because of an old drip pan kept during a new installation a couple years ago. The mechanic arrived early in the afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and corrected it for us. I appreciated his work ethic, honesty, and personability. He suggested some home remedies for small future problems as well as future affordable updates to our system that would make it more secure and safe. For the work performed, I feel his quote on the payment for his services was agreeable. 5/5 stars!

Absolutely thrilled with our experience. Our air conditioning failed on a Saturday and they were the only ones that would come out the same day. Problem fixed and the trust I have in this company is priceless .
