Fantastic service. Honest and fair. They have made several repairs for us since we bought our house in 2008 with a 1967 AC unit. They have always done a great job for us and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These last couple of days were blazing with hot temperatures. Our system went completely out and we called our no good home warranty company
hoping to get it fixed only to have nothing but disappointment,
a headache, and added stress. But stress BE GONE when
we got on the phone and called Joe and the team.........He came out and diagnosed us and his crew came the next day...He replaced our unit at the cost of next to nothing.….And not only were they on time, but very professional, knowledge, and polite...….They had us up and running in no time!! I am happy, the kids are happy, and my husband is also happy he can come home from his construction job to a cool home. It is really hard to find people out here who want to help from the goodness of their heart. Our family can not thank you enough. We wish you all continued success, prosperity, and

Joe and his family owned Sawyer Heating & Air Conditioning company is by far the best HVAC company in Hampton Roads. They are extremely efficient, prompt and professional with their work. They also charge very reasonably for great service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Hampton Roads area. They get 5 stars from my wife and myself.

During this extremely hot last couple of day of course the A/C stops working at 11:00 PM. Joe Lawson had his son Joe & Joey come before noon the next day. Had the A/C up and running in 20 minutes or so. Thank god they had parts on hand. Although I am still waiting on the bill, (less then 4 hours after the service call) thanks for prompt and professional services. You have future customer and referring friends to you too.
