He fixed the issue promptly and actually added additional support to prevent the problem from happening again.

Keith and his son have taken care of all our HVAC needs at five different properties now, from system maintenance, repairs and three new installs. Always quick to fit us into their schedule, perform excellent work, clean up and are reasonably priced. Honest local company, so thankful for them taking care of everything we have needed.

When I called Keith, I was at my wit's end with other companies. They told me it would take up to,3 weeks to get to me. That's after I paid them! Then they said it would take 3 to 4 days for installation! I prayed and asked the Lord to show me who to contact. I found Keith on Google. Truly the Lord sent him to us!

Keith and his son do a great job and are honest and fair in pricing. They do quality work and should be your “go to” for HVAC issues. They diagnose your issue as it is and don’t try to up-sell for something that isn’t needed. I’ve gotten quotes from other HVAC companies and Keith has consistently beat them in both pricing and service. I can’t recommend him enough. If you’re unsure, at least give him a try. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a rusted out drain, a run down air handler on its last leg from the construction of the house, and an outside unit that was rated too small for my house, installed by the builders back in 87. within 3 hours they installed the new air handler and outside unit. They were friendly, got the job done quickly, and gave a great price for all the work they did. I will recommend them to anyone.

I called Keith on a Sunday afternoon (Mother’s Day) after our outside AC unit quit running. I fully expected to wait until Monday for him to come out. Nope! He said “I will be there this afternoon to see what the issue is!” Came out, compressor was gone. So we decided to get a whole new unit (it was 22 years old and not very efficient.). Called me Monday morning with a price, installed that same afternoon and my house is currently cooling down! Can’t say enough good things about Keith and his company!! PS...price was very fair, as well.

Keith Butts made time to swing by the same day we called. Norfolk Air came out and refused to even check under our AC unit over to see what the problem was just because our unit is old but within ten minutes of being here Keith Butts checked, found and fixed the problem. He was very professional and straightforward and polite! I would reccomend him to anybody looking for HVAC help!

So hard to find a place in this heat to fix my a/c. This company was able to come out the same day had the part they needed @ there warehouse. Completed my repair and had my house cooked down to 65 before they left.

These guys were awesome came down to my house with prompt service. Their repairs were accurate and done quickly. They even put down drop cloths to make sure they didn't track any insulation from the attic down into the house would recommend them to anyone
