He lied. He quoted me $800 for labor to replace the entire air handler (fan, coil, housing, etc.) and I was crystal clear on that. He said the whole unit's under warranty. He had installed it in 2009 (yes, only 4-1/2 years old). The next day he came out with only the coil (evaporator), and told me that I don't know how to talk about the job and that he never said the whole air handler, got loud, and even a little hostile, and didn't reduce his charge. I'm a mechanical engineer and work in a shipyard and know the terminology and how it works but don't have the license or equipment. He then installed the coil, IT WAS RAINING, and of course he hooked up to the refrigerant outside at the compressor, IN THE RAIN. He couldn't have pulled much of a vacuum because he was done and gone in an hour. I had my kids the next day for the weekend and had to get to work (stress) or that ordeal would have gone differently. Do not hire this man to do ANY work for you because he cannot be trusted.

Had nothing less than excellent service and maintenance from him. Products recommended and used have held up throughout the years.

TERRIBLE SERVICE CALLS!!! Called him out for 6 months to fix a problem, he kept finding "new" problems that should have been taken care of at installation!!!

It's a great place to visit. People are nice and friendly. Nice Christian place.
