Reliable, professional, helpful, and honest. I've been very happy with the service from i-HVAC Solutions, and all the information that Sam provides when he does the service. I also really appreciate the option to tag along with him (or not) as he does the service, so I can learn about my system. Sam explains everything in plain language, and makes sure that I understand what he's doing and why. I really appreciate all that Sam and Delmi do to provide great service!

Our AC failed over the Labor Day weekend. I left an e-mail message Sunday night, and even though Labor Day was a holiday, first thing that Monday I got a call back from I-HVAC, and Sam was able to come over later that morning. I want to compliment his technical skill, customer service, and friendly approach. But I also want to compliment his wife, since she was the one who picked up my message in the office, returned my call, and rearranged Sam's schedule so he could address our emergency! They make a great team, and I will be happy to do business again for our AC needs!

First got in touch for an emergency - Sam responded and was able to help me first thing in the morning - two years ago. Sam was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did HVAC preventive maintenance, cleaned the evaporator coil, and even gave me tips on how to improve the performance of the system--at a reasonable price. Detailed invoice explains all of the work done, why it was done, and how all of the various work relates to each other. Highly recommend!

Sam is a professional who does a great job, works with you on scheduling, and helps you determine whether a repair is something that needs to be done right away or could wait until it was time to upgrade the system (rather than sell you an expensive fix that you'd end up replacing in a few years anyway).

I had my HVAC system checked for the a/c season 3 weeks ago, but after a clean bill of health, the A/C blower motor died. I called Sam and unfortunately gave him the wrong part to order. He came today, corrected my mistake and installed the correct blower motor between jobs. He was frank, honest, transparent, efficient and empathetic.
